As Manager in Training, you will be responsible with helping lead team of sales associates, ensuring that the store runs smoothly and profitably, and providing excellent customer service. Requirements:

At least 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
Knowledge of social media and digital marketing trends
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
