The Manager Total Rewards Compensation & Analytics plays a key leadership role in the delivery and continuous improvement of Indigos compensation programs and people analytics capabilities. This role is responsible for managing core compensation processes ensuring data accuracy and providing meaningful insights that support business decisions. Reporting to the Director Total Rewards & HR Technology the incumbent leads the execution of compensation cycles oversees reporting tools and partners with HR and business leaders to ensure programs are competitive compliant and aligned with organizational needs. The role also plays a critical part ineducating and enabling HR Business Partners and leaders fostering confidence and capability in applying compensation principles and tools and ensuring alignment with Indigos pay philosophy and practices.

- Advise on compensation matters for hires, promotions, retention, reorganizations, and business transformations up to and including SVP, ensuring alignment to Unity’s philosophy and governance
- Interpret and apply job architecture, salary ranges, equity refresh frameworks, and recognition programs in a business-relevant way, leveraging centralized Compensation and Equity teams where deeper expertise is required
- Monitor market trends, pay practices, promotion velocity, and recognition patterns; surface risks and recommend course corrections to function and Total Rewards leadership
- Facilitate and administer compensation cycles and off-cycle programs, bringing business context to investment decisions and calibration discussions
- Provide structured feedback to centralized Compensation and Benefits teams on program effectiveness, edge cases, and evolving business needs
- Utilize the Compensation Analyst – Programs & Total Rewards Enablement for complex, project-based analyses and ensure efficient use of support resources
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Unity’s Total Rewards programs and relevant market developments through ongoing partnership with centralized teams

- Demonstrated ability to advise business leaders on compensation strategy, pay decisions, and market trends
- Familiarity with market pricing, incentive/bonus plan administration, or equity programs; ability to learn and scale quickly into advanced areas as needed
- Strong analytical, spreadsheets, and communication skills; experience with Workday, Pave, or similar systems preferred

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications or related field is required

- Certified Human Resources Professional/Leader and/or Certified Compensation Professional preferred

As a Total Rewards Partner, you are responsible for advising senior functional leaders on the design, application, and delivery of Unity’s compensation and headcount planning programs. You’ll partner directly with executive leaders and their staff as a member of the Talent Leadership Trio (alongside Talent Strategy and Recruiting Partners), sharing accountability for the function’s overall talent strategy. You will be trusted to operate with a high degree of autonomy and judgment, leveraging centralized rewards experts as needed, while applying your knowledge of advanced compensation, market insights, and business acumen to ensure Unity’s programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with functional priorities.
What you'll be doing
- Serve as the compensation and headcount planning advisor to executive functional leaders and staff, providing guidance on pay programs, workforce investments, and talent strategy in close partnership with Talent Strategy and Recruiting Partners
- Participate in functional leadership meetings (staff, offsites, QBRs) as an embedded member of the Talent Leadership Trio
- Advise on compensation matters for hires, promotions, retention, reorganizations, and business transformations up to and including SVP, ensuring alignment to Unity’s philosophy and governance
- Interpret and apply job architecture, salary ranges, equity refresh frameworks, and recognition programs in a business-relevant way, leveraging centralized Compensation and Equity teams where deeper expertise is required
- Monitor market trends, pay practices, promotion velocity, and recognition patterns; surface risks and recommend course corrections to function and Total Rewards leadership
- Facilitate and administer compensation cycles and off-cycle programs, bringing business context to investment decisions and calibration discussions
- Provide structured feedback to centralized Compensation and Benefits teams on program effectiveness, edge cases, and evolving business needs
- Utilize the Compensation Analyst – Programs & Total Rewards Enablement for complex, project-based analyses and ensure efficient use of support resources
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Unity’s Total Rewards programs and relevant market developments through ongoing partnership with centralized teams
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience in compensation, rewards, or total rewards consulting, preferably in a technology or high-growth environment
- Demonstrated ability to advise business leaders on compensation strategy, pay decisions, and market trends
- Familiarity with market pricing, incentive/bonus plan administration, or equity programs; ability to learn and scale quickly into advanced areas as needed
- Strong analytical, spreadsheets, and communication skills; experience with Workday, Pave, or similar systems preferred

- Surveiller les tendances du marché, les pratiques salariales, la vitesse des promotions et les modèles de reconnaissance; identifier les risques et recommander des ajustements aux leaders fonctionnels et aux responsables des récompenses totales.
- Faciliter et administrer les cycles de rémunération et les programmes hors cycle, en apportant un contexte commercial aux décisions d’investissement et aux discussions de calibrage.
- Fournir des retours structurés aux équipes centralisées de rémunération et d’avantages sociaux sur l’efficacité des programmes, les cas particuliers et les besoins évolutifs de l’entreprise.
- Utiliser les analyses du spécialiste en compensation – programmes et activation des récompenses totales pour des analyses complexes basées sur des projets et assurer une utilisation efficace des ressources de soutien.
- Maintenir une connaissance à jour des programmes de récompenses totales de Unity et des développements pertinents du marché grâce à un partenariat continu avec les équipes centralisées.
- Expérience en rémunération ou conseil en rémunération globale, de préférence dans un environnement technologique ou en forte croissance.
