Our client, a leader in financial tax software , is looking to hire a Bilingual Sales Service Delivery Specialist. This is a fully remote role that will align to Eastern time zones.


*This is a 1-year contract opportunity with paid holidays!*


As a Bilingual Sales Service Delivery Specialist, you will be supporting accounting clients with the migration to a new accounting platform, troubleshooting complex issues that may impact data or technical issues . You will have the chance to interface with both internal and external customers, as well as run experiments and projects that provide insights on client behavior to improve overall customer experience .


Responsibilities

  • Manage a seamless onboarding of new and existing accounting clients onto internal platforms, driving customer loyalty, appreciation for the product, and client network referrals
  • Provide support to clients post-sale, liaising between internal and external teams, setting up sales appointments, and creating an onboarding plan for customers
  • Oversee complex data migrations and communicate internally & externally of progress
  • Identify and communicate sales or growth opportunities and to leadership teams
  • Develop proficiency and knowledge of internal products and solutions with the ability to clearly communicate appropriate recommendations to address customer needs


Required Skills:

  • Native or fluent proficiency in French
  • 5+ years of related experience in Canadian Accounting, Financial Operations, and/or Sales Support
  • Prior experience with payroll systems and accounting platforms
  • Strong B2B customer experience/ service background


Desired Skills:

  • Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce
  • Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) or CPA Certifications highly valued!

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Commercial Account Representative is responsible for furnace oil, diesel, gasoline, lubricant and cardlock sales covering the PEI & Moncton area. The successful candidate will demonstrate industry leading outside sales management skills and is responsible for maximizing revenue by creating, managing and implementing best in class sales development activities, acquiring/maintaining new accounts as well as retaining existing accounts to maximize growth. 

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve Commercial sales and margin sales targets for Commercial Fuels business with approximately 80% of time on prospecting for new business and 20% managing existing business.
  • Work closely with operations and support functions to facilitate solutions for the customer.
    Track volumes, number and margins by reviewing sales reports.
  • Keeps up-to-date and maintains understanding of oil and propane codes, transportation tank regulations, federal and provincial guidelines for tank and petroleum storage and the company safety regulation.
  • Performs various administrative duties including preparing expense and commission reports using Excel.
  • Willingness to travel with some overnights required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of commercial sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, bilingual an asset
  • Formal sales training, either on the job or formal courses
  • Industry and product specific knowledge of distillate fuel and propane an asset
  • Results oriented, good attitude to prospect and identify opportunities for success
  • Experience providing excellent customer service required
  • Flexible, goal-oriented, time management and organization skills
  • Must be able to work independently
  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean abstract

As a warm transfer agent, you will:

• Make outbound calls and receive incoming calls on a computer automated system. (no manual dialing involved)

• Be required to read from a script

• Verify customers information and pre-qualify customer

• Transfer the customer to a licensed insurance agent.

We pay $18/hr. (assuming you work all hours without any unexcused absences) PLUS commission and bonus' --- You will have the ability to make anywhere from $25 plus

. We pay bi-weekly and through direct deposit.

. We have a competitive commission tier structure that starts over weekly.

. We pay commission off billables. (As long as the customer stays on the line with the agent for 2 minutes or more, the transfer will become a billable.)
