As BIC **Sales Representative** , you will focus on selling the company's fast-moving consumer goods, managing relationships with retail outlets, and wholesalers, and ensuring product availability and visibility. **You main missions will be following:**
**Sales & Market Penetration:**
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with both Traditional and Modern Trade clients, ensuring continuous product availability.
+ Develop strategies to increase market share and sales volume within existing and new accounts.
**Retail Management & Merchandising:**
+ Ensure proper product placement and visibility at retail locations, adhere to merchandising guidelines, and ensure maximum shelf space.
+ Work closely with store managers to promote product features and benefits, organize in-store promotions, and drive sales.
+ Monitor competitor activity and product performance, providing management insights.
**Customer Relationship & Service:**

+ Responsible for ensuring that all client standards are met according to shelf and plan-o-gram procedures. This includes cleanliness and product rotation.
+ Ensure that new products are put on the shelf according to the recommended procedures and time as well as maintain 100% distribution of existing items 100% of the time.
+ Effectively communicate information from the principal to store staff.
+ Meet or exceed sales targets for in-store programs
+ Make sales presentations to the store and/or store manager.
+ To respect the company's procedures in the performance of his/her work.
+ Complete detailed reports.
+ Complete all documents related to the performance of the work according to the assigned territory.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
