Position Overview

In this dual-capacity role, you will engage with individuals seeking growth, helping them define their goals and providing structured guidance using high-performance coaching methodologies. You will also take part in consultative sales conversations to help prospective clients identify the right programs for their objectives.

This is a remote, flexible opportunity ideal for experienced coaches or professionals with a strong foundation in personal development and solution-based sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one virtual consultations to assess client goals and recommend appropriate programs.
  • Proactively market personal development programs and destination events through digital platforms, social outreach, and networking, in alignment with the companys branding and compliance guidelines.
  • Deliver coaching support rooted in high-performance principles and frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate client records and utilize CRM tools to track interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and continuously improve processes.
  • Attend ongoing professional development sessions and align with company values and standards.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in coaching, performance management, or consulting.
  • Background in sales, client advisory roles, or business development preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Excellent time management and self-organization in a remote work setting.
  • Tech proficiency with tools such as Zoom, CRMs, and online scheduling platforms.
  • Deep interest in personal development and client-focused service.
