You will also take part in consultative sales conversations to help prospective clients identify the right programs for their objectives.
This is a remote, flexible opportunity ideal for experienced coaches or professionals with a strong foundation in personal development and solution-based sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one virtual consultations to assess client goals and recommend appropriate programs.
- Proactively market personal development programs and destination events through digital platforms, social outreach, and networking, in alignment with the companys branding and compliance guidelines.
- Deliver coaching support rooted in high-performance principles and frameworks.
- Maintain accurate client records and utilize CRM tools to track interactions.

Qualifications
