Responsibilities
+ Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
+ Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
+ Support product replenishment activities and maintain brand standards to keep the store full and abundant.
+ Assist with floorset execution, window changes, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
+ All store positions require constant physical activity, including standing, walking, reaching, and lifting. Associates are expected to climb ladders, lift, reach, bend, and kneel to obtain products for customers and to maintain the visual appearance of the store. Associates should be able to lift 10 pounds consistently and up to 50 pounds.
+ Consistently provide the most safe, clean, and engaging experience by adhering to all safety standards and expectations.

+ Perform all traditional account management responsibilities for all accounts in specified territory; Maintain full communication with key distribution, end users, OEM's, electrical contractors, representatives, and plant employees to establish and build long term relationships for business continuity.
+ Handle the Canadian sales effort to increase sales growth through the sales agents' representatives and distribution channel and develop demand for our Appleton products at major end users, electrical contractors, and OEM accounts; Establish product specifications and sales at major accounts for major projects, retrofits, MRO, and temporary power business.
+ Target small, mid-size and large engineering firms to support the Appleton sales strategy in establishing Appleton product specifications, as well, focus on International Accounts in the specified territory to drive our products for export which require Global Certifications.
+ Implement sales and marketing programs as advised by head office; Build and implement strategic business plans to acquire the opportunities available and develop forecasts of existing and new products
+ Harness and optimally use vital customer service support and management resources to ensure success and verify pricing for accuracy and consistency, working within the established responsibility structure of Emerson Canada about pricing and new distributor appointments.
+ Serve as full technical field representative, direct field handling of claims and adjustments within prescribed policy and consult as needed.
+ Implement product training for existing sales reps/engineering firms/distributors, OEM'S, electrical contractors, and end users.

+ **Post-Secondary Technical** Graduate from the Electrical Field, sales related proven experience.
+ 2+ years of proven understanding of selling through electrical distribution and product line specifications and applications and IEC products/specifications and Global Certifications.
+ Ability to travel up to 50% monthly as needed throughout the territory and to head office, including frequent overnight travel, extended overnight stays on a regular basis, and must attend quarterly sales meetings.
+ Excellent communication skills to communicate clearly and optimally with others.
+ Strong collaboration skills and able to work independently
+ Excellent people skills to interact with sales and cross-functional teams and customers
+ Ability to handle diverse customer and employee personalities in a professional manner
+ Excellent organizational skills are required to plan, and coordinate own work, meet targets, prioritize to support sales efforts, and shift resources to meet Company objectives.

- Assist in the selling of Service Contracts to existing Clients and 2nd year Service Contracts for system upgrades/replacements.
- Solicit equipment upgrades, replacement projects, and/or Company promotions for existing clients.
- Present final contract to Client for signature and ensure requirements such as deposit retainer, appropriate taxes, invoicing information, and project information are complete.
- Complete Sales Order, scope, plans, and other project documentation timely, in accordance with Company procedures, and within applicable contract requirements.
- Work with Project Managers to implement timely and profitable installations that meet Client and Company expectations.
- Provide oversight as projects proceed by maintaining close communications with Project Managers regarding: project status, unresolved issues, change orders, and close out requirements.
- Be well versed in the communication of Company values, mission and strategy to achieve Trusted Business Partner status.

We are searching for an experienced Regional Sales Manager - Mobile Mining Products - with a proven track record in Mining and related industries. A background in Mechanical Services or Shovel Maintenance is highly regarded, equipping you with the industry expertise needed to excel in this role, with a focus on our diverse products such as Undercarriage , GET (Ground Engaging Tools) and Buckets/Dippers for the mining industry.
Role Purpose:
This strategic role drives Bradken Mining's growth in the Oil Sands, demanding on-site expertise to inspect the product and monitor its performance while cultivating key client relationships. It requires a data-driven approach to market analysis, achieving sales targets, and optimizing processes. The position necessitates collaboration with engineering teams and the delivery of insightful market intelligence to senior management.
Your analytical prowess and strong commercial acumen will drive regional growth, optimizing sales processes and ensuring market share targets are achieved. In-depth technical expertise in Bradken products will facilitate exceeding customer expectations and achieving profit margins. This role demands on-site interaction to monitor performance and cultivate key client relationships. Data-driven market skills and collaboration with engineering teams are essential for delivering insightful analysis to senior management.

Location: This role is based in Fort McMurray, Alberta, but will also consider Calgary or Edmonton with increased necessary travel.
Key Technical Criteria:
- Engineering, Mechanical, Mining, Business, or Trade background and experience in sales and commercial.
- +5 years of experience in Mining and associated markets. (In Oil Sands is a plus)
- Previous experience with large shovels/excavator undercarriage, buckets, dippers and GET represents a strong asset.
- Stakeholder engagement, teamwork, and results-oriented – are essential skillset.
- Ability to understand engineering drawings.
- Experience in technical sales position.
