**What are your contributions to the team?**
+ Lead a team of Integration specialists who are responsible for the design of the Bombardier product portfolio.
+ Work collaboratively with platforms internal and external suppliers and with each platform leader, to align on priorities and decisions
+ Manage the Engineering Statement of Work
+ Manage the engineering budget and spend for the department
+ Participate in management meetings and organize departmental governance.
+ Communicate effectively and support decisions and messages to and from management
+ Ensure that the management system is in place to organize and control the tasks and the priorities, with appropriate levels of visibility to issues and risks and associated mitigation plan.
+ Support employees to enable them to reach their goals and deliverables by providing coaching, mentoring and training both for technical and soft skills.
+ Responsible for deployment of Lessons Learned and Best Project Practices
+ Some level of support/coordination for Production and In-Service resolution of issues
**How to thrive in this role?**
+ You hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline. Aerospace specialty is an asset.
+ You have a minimum of 20 years of experience working with multidisciplinary and technically complex projects in the Aerospace industry with at least three (3) years of supervisory experience.
+ You have knowledge of design tools
+ You have knowledge of MRB
+ You have experience in multi-disciplinary designs
+ You have knowledge of manufacturing methods

**What are your contributions to the team?**
+ Act as the Cabinet Engineering focal with between Bombardier multi-disciplinary teams and suppliers.
+ Prepare different types of Engineering documentation to support start of design activities.
+ Define technical requirements and participate in strategic planning.

+ Act as a technical leader and transfer knowledge through coaching/mentoring within your larger team.

+ You have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent.
+ You have more than 10 years relevant technical experience in aircraft interiors completions. Cabinet experience is an asset.
+ You have solid experience with Catia/Enovia and Teamcenter/NX (GSD, Assy, Part Body, Drafting, etc.)
+ You are well organized and focused on projects.
+ You have the ability to understand complex engineering issues and are innovative in problem solving.
+ You have good oral and written communication skills in French and English.
+ You like to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team, you adapt easily to changes, and customer satisfaction is your number one priority.

**What are your contributions to the team?**

**What are your contributions to the team?**
+ Develop work package (WP) Statement of Work, in line with the technical requirement of the program.
+ Harmonize WP schedule and rally the technical teams behind meeting the schedule including supplier
+ Ensure measures are in place to organize and control the tasks, the priorities & budget control, with appropriate levels of visibility to issues and risks and associated mitigation plan.
+ Organize and chair Integrated Working Team (IWT) meeting, and the periodical reviews while following the BES development phases
+ Be an active participant in the Integrated Product Development Team (IPDT), and rally WP active participation.
+ Prepare visibility on the work package and associated project deliverables, in line with the A/C level requirement
+ Participate in program, supplier and technical review providing support and visibility to the team and management
+ Ensure Project Management process oversight and adherence to Technical Risk Level (TRL) requirements, Maturity & Exit Gate Criteria, and budget control.
+ Coordinate with other project organization (Bombardier Flight Test Center, Completions, .)
+ Assist for generic tools deployment with the platforms and prepare Bombardier Project Management policies
+ Deploy process for Lessons Learned and Best Project Practices onto the platform
+ Provide platform support to the PMO change harmonization process and lead the planning and execution of the required technical changes.
**How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:**
+ Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent. Master degree and/or PMI certification is an asset
+ Bombardier experience and good working knowledge of BES (Bombardier Engineering System) favored
+ In absence of BA knowledge, be able to describe in detail how previous work experience has prepared the candidate to lead the definition, implementation and execution of a complex engineering project
+ 5 year or more of relevant experience with multidisciplinary team in a specific aerospace engineering field
+ Have experience on 1 or more development programs, through the various stages of the lifecycle
+ Excellent multi-tasking, communication skills with the ability to influence without authority
+ Good knowledge in a specific field and a breadth of knowledge of many aircraft systems
+ You have superior skills in MS Office including MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel
+ Experience with PLM tools such as Siemens Teamcenter is an asset.
+ This position requires an organized person with leadership skills and able to work with a minimum of supervision. Logical and flexible mindsets, shows initiatives and demonstrate overview/detailed approaches.
