THE ROLE As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you help support the provision of retail services to a unique client base - members of the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) and in assisting them, you are helping your community. You manage all incoming and outgoing merchandise in the store, verifying the number and condition of deliveries, completing documentation, and ensuring it is properly tracked in the point of sale system. You create price tags from purchase orders and conduct verification checks to ensure proper pricing and inventory.
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk, loads and unloads merchandise, packs and unpacks merchandise, assembles and disassembles merchandise, as well as sets up displays and signage. You prepare transfers for outgoing merchandise, ensure merchandise is logged prior to sending for repairs, and organize time of delivery of customer products. You may order store supplies and merchandise and fill customer orders.

Réceptionner des marchandises
Déballer les boîtes contenant les équipements retournés par les clients;
Identifier, trier et inventorier les accessoires, composantes et produits reçus;
Effectuer le nettoyage de base des appareils afin de faciliter leur évaluation et traitement ultérieurs;
Entrer les informations nécessaires dans le système de gestion intégré, incluant la réception des appareils, la mise à jour des statuts et toute autre donnée requise;
Effectuer l’activation d’appareils à l’aide de logiciels informatiques toujours selon les protocoles définis
Collaborer avec les autres départements au besoin pour assurer un traitement efficace des retours;
Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes visant à soutenir les opérations du service.

About the roleAs an Inventory Control Clerk at RBR, you will play a crucial role in supporting our supply chain management and operations teams.
