Key Responsibilities:
- Site Supervision:

- Problem Solving & Issue Resolution:

- Mediate conflicts between workers or subcontractors to maintain a productive and positive work environment.
- Compliance & Regulations:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal construction regulations and safety laws.

- Proven experience as a construction supervisor or in a similar leadership role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations (e.g., OSHA).
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a diverse team of workers and subcontractors.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

- Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.

Position Summary:

- Ensures Demo Meets First Onsite Quality Standards
- Produces Comprehensive Materials List for Repairs
- Reviews and provides Revisions to Scope before work commences if required
- Provides immediate direction and assistance to onsite crews
- Meets scheduled completion timetables
- Updates all parties involved on work progress and/or informing same of changes/additions to original work order or repair specifications.
- Build, lead and deploy the best quality team to achieving the objectives of our corporate strategic plan.
- Ensure that the company health and safety policies and procedures are followed for all First Onsite personnel and sub-contractors, including all branch personnel are up to date with all health and safety procedures and training and participates/conducts tail gate meetings relating to health and safety and work procedures when on site.
- Maintains detailed project schedules which include administrative tasks for multiple sites.
- Monitors Staff efficiency and effectiveness daily, review and authorise time sheets
- Inspect progress and work quality during and post repairs assuring all Scope requirements are met; reports outcomes to the COM
Qualifications & Experience:
- High level of Construction process knowledge
- Project scheduling knowledge
- Minimum 3 years experience with proven track record in construction Supervisor / foreman position with up to 25 reports, within the restoration/emergency (or a related) industry
- Detailed understanding of reconstruction practices for property that has suffered water, wind, mould, fire and vandalism damages
- Knowledge of building codes and electrical, or plumbing, or mechanical and related codes.
- Knowledge of the laws and ordinances regulating building construction.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer skills required effectively use Word, Excel, and Outlook. Xactimate Knowledge Essential.
- Accounting skills basic understanding of invoicing, billing and general math skills.

POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Head of Delivery, the Site Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing all on-site activities for our commercial construction projects. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Supervision: Oversee day-to-day operations at construction sites, ensuring adherence to plans, schedules, and safety protocols.

We are seeking a Construction Site Superintendent to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation of our Multifamily projects in Edmonton area.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
- Allocate resources for assigned projects
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
- Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
