Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and versatile Full Stack Developer with experience across front-end and back-end technologies. Key Responsibilities

Gather and translate functional requirements into scalable, secure, and user-centric software solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and asynchronous programming (e.g., WebSockets, async/await, message queues)

Hands-on experience integrating with EMR/EHR systems using:

FHIR (R4/US Core profiles)

SMART on FHIR apps

HL7 v2 interfaces

Epic's App Orchard or Cerners Ignite APIs

Familiarity with OAuth2 and OpenID Connect for authentication with clinical systems.

Understanding of clinical workflows (e.g., orders, encounters, vitals, notes) and experience handling PHI securely

Strong knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases


Preferred Qualifications

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub Actions, or similar DevOps tooling

Knowledge of security best practices in web applications

  • Experience working with Azure backend systems and/or C# backends to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering clean, well-documented code. 
  • Ability to work in an Agile development environment and participate in SCRUM ceremonies.
  • Experience working in the Professional Services industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar.
  • Canadian resident with Citizenship or PR Status.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience working with Python libraries such as SQLAlchemy and Marshmallow. 
  • Cloud experience, especially AWS.
  • Experience with design tools like Figma. 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Services.
  • Experience working in Fintech.

Location

This is a 100% full-time remote position, however candidates residing outside of Canada will be required to work with us as independent contractors.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is CAD $90K-$120K  annually (or the equivalent hourly rate for candidates outside of Canada, who will be working as Contractors). The salary/rate offered will be based on skills and experience.

Our client located in downtown Vancouver is looking to grow their technology team and are looking for multiple experienced Intermediate Full Stack .NET Developers (remote!) to join the team and make a real impact!

Our client offers online gift card infrastructure, technology and marketing services for leading brands. Working with some of the world’s leading brands (including Four Seasons, Fairmont, Whole Foods Market, Lowes), our client is recognized for their solution and design flexibility, focus on client brand standards, high-quality customer support, and fraud protection guarantee. As a result, their clients are positioned to grow their gift card business, enhance their brands, gain a competitive edge, and leverage the rapid growth in mobile device use and social media.

You have:

  • Have 4+ years of experience using C#, Javascript and debugging techniques for developing ASP.Net, Asp.Net Core applications
  • Have years of experience with .Net (4.0 – 4.8), .Net Core (2.2 - 3.1) frameworks using C# language and SQL Server 2012/2016 as backend
  • Strong experience building full-stack applications with front-end languages using React, Redux / Flux, KnockoutJS,
  • Extensive experience with database methodologies and database systems like SQL Server
  • Have a B.S./M.S. in Computer Science, experience in developing two or more commercially used applications, or equivalent experience.
