Stocking Team Leader
The Stocking Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the Stocking Team members and ensuring the store is ready for opening. In addition to the above duties, this is also a customer service position which requires customer contact. Applicants must be able to work effectively in a fast paced environment while at the same time providing quality service in a professional, courteous, and helpful manner.
You will have good inter-personal, motivational, delegation and follow up skills, combined with a willingness to accept responsibility, and an ability to train others and monitor their work habits.
You will have a positive, mature, and professional leadership style, and a solid understanding of policies and procedures. Supervisory experience would be considered an asset.
If you have experience in merchandising, the ability to work with a sense of urgency, combined with excellent communication skills, then we have the opportunity for you to excel!

The Inventory clerk will report to the Maintenance Manager and Coordinator and work in the maintenance department. The inventory clerk will be responsible for data entry, inventory responsibilities, purchasing activities and create a safe and orderly work environment.
What you will be doing:
* Storeroom management: create JDE item number for new parts, label parts, restock inventory, keep storeroom organized, receive and put parts in the assigned bin locations, perform weekly cycle count, issue parts to work orders.
* Procurement of goods and services such as machine parts, tools, production and janitorial supplies.
* Assist with planning and scheduling of work order. Organize and maintain work orders and PM records. Maintain procurement and maintenance records in the assigned digital folders.
* Enter work order data in support of maintenance activity.
* Other duties as assigned.
What you need to succeed:
* High School diploma
* Engineering/Technical background would be an asset
* Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing industry
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Strong computer skills including JDE, Excel, Microsoft
* Demonstrated ability to adapt and take action in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

In this role you will:
- Receive incoming materials and verify them against purchase orders for accuracy and quality
- Record material receipts accurately into inventory systems such as Microsoft Dynamics GP, MyCentre
- Perform and inventory adjustments and ensure correct application of general ledger (G/L) account numbers
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly cycle count reports and assist with inventory reconciliation
- Utilize FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles for all inventory movements and storage
- Maintain well organized, clearly labeled inventory storage areas
- Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate digital records
- Monitor and support QEMS (Quality & Environmental Management System) compliance with ISO 9001 and 14001 standards
- Assemble and issue kitted materials to production based on current schedules
- Fulfill material requisitions and KanBan requests across production areas
- Create and distribute run tracking documentation packages for production kits/runs
- Maintain up-to-date production tracking and kitting status reports
- Collaboare with cross-functional teams including Purchasing, Quality, Accounting, and Production
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in inventory and material handling
- Participate in internal audits and help maintain compliance with ISO and QEMS standards
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Become a member of our specialized inventory management team! Solve problems and play an essential role in the smooth running of the store. Your autonomy and skills will enable you to acheive your objectives ans be successful with us!
- Generate and analyze various reports such as sales margin analysis, purchase order activity, and checkout error records
- Enter and adjust store use inventory, cycle counting batches, and other inventory-related data
- Conduct price override adjustments
- Collect, receive authorization, input, and file SIU forms
- Troubleshoot IT issues with store operations
- Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
- Ability to maintain accurate data integrity
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and provide support to other team members
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Prior retail, warehouse receiving, and logistic experience an asset
