**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and facilitate the strategic planning process for key initiatives, ensuring alignment with the Manulife Wealth's business objectives.

**Required Qualifications:**
+ **Experience:** 8+ years of progressive business experience, including the successful execution of complex projects.
+ **Industry Knowledge:** Excellent understanding of the financial services industry.
+ **Financial Acumen:** Strong financial acumen with the ability to build detailed business cases.
+ **Communication and Influence:** Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict management skills, with well-developed presentation abilities.
+ **Leadership and Collaboration:** Ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
+ **Strategic and Analytical Skills:** Effective conceptual, diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented focus.

+ Manage the development of ADP Canada's corporate strategy and its ongoing refinement

  • Successful track record of thriving in a fast paced, entrepreneurial and dynamic environment. Previous consulting experience is a plus

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred)
At least 5 years of experience in quantitative analysis/financial modeling

At least 5 years of experience in qualitative analysis
At least 3 years of experience in people management
At least 3 years of experience in project management
At least 2 years of experience in competitive/market analysis


Preferred Qualifications:

Corporate strategy decision making and problem solving using analytics with a basic understanding of credit card
