+ Répondre à des appels de vente entrants de nouveaux clients désirant souscrire une assurance soins médicaux et soins dentaires et une assurance vie.
+ Faire des appels de vente sortants à des clients ayant manifesté le désir de discuter de nos options.
+ Donner des conseils, découvrir les besoins des clients et offrir des solutions pour y répondre.
+ Établir des rapports avec les clients dans le cadre de services professionnels personnalisés afin de développer votre propre bassin de clients potentiels.
+ Atteindre les cibles de vente, de qualité et de conformité établies, et ce, sur une base mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle.
+ Consigner avec précision les analyses de besoins et d'autres renseignements sur les clients dans un système en ligne.
+ Soutenir diverses campagnes de marketing et campagnes organisées par les promoteurs.
+ Répondre aux clients au moyen du clavardage en ligne et d'autres canaux numériques.
+ Être le porte-parole des clients en transmettant leurs commentaires à l'équipe élargie et en soulevant les suggestions, questions ou commentaires sur la façon dont nous pouvons nous améliorer.

+ Les qualités qui suivent sont souhaitables :

As a **Bilingual** **Licensed** **Insurance Advisor** , you are responsible for selling Health & Dental, Travel, and Life Insurance. You will be handling inbound sales calls, making outbound calls, and handling online interactions with clients who have expressed interest in discussing our products in a professional, effective manner.

This is a unique opportunity for motivated salespeople who already hold a valid LLQP license, or who have the right skills to obtain this requirement before your start date. _Manulife will cover the cost of an accredited education provider for the Harmonized LLQP course, as well as the exam and licensing fees_ .
**What will you be doing?**
+ Handling inbound calls from new clients interested in Health & Dental, Travel, and Life Insurance
+ Making outbound calls to clients who have shown interest in discussing our options.
+ Assisting clients through online chats, and other digital channels
+ Providing advice, discovering client needs, and offering solutions to meet those needs
+ Accurately recording needs analysis, and other client information through an online system
+ Meeting sales, quality, and compliance measures on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
+ Building rapport with clients through professional, personalized service to foster your own sales pipeline
+ Supporting various marketing/sponsor campaigns
+ Being the voice of the customer by sharing their feedback with the greater team, and raising any suggestions, concerns, or feedback on how we can improve
**Who are we looking for?**
+ Bilingual individuals, fluent in English & French

+ The following would be assets for you to have:
+ Telephone sales or call centre experience
+ Insurance experience dealing with Accident & Sickness, and Life Insurance
+ Post-secondary degree: however, equivalent business experience is strongly considered
+ Familiarity with Salesforce, or other CRM tool
+ Flexibility **-** we are open between the hours of 8:00 am - 8:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday and 10am-5pm EST on Saturdays
