This project is part our larger South Carlin Complex which includes a prospective land package. We recently acquired the Musselwhite Mine located in Northern Ontario on Lake Opapimiskan, a gold mine with more than 25 years of operating history. Purpose
Reporting directly to the Underground Superintendent, the Development Supervisor, will be based on-site and will be responsible for
supervising the underground development team and ensure processing and production targets and schedules are met as forecast,
as well as ensuring that health and safety practices and procedures are being adhered to at all times.
Responsibilities include:
Develop and maintain a plan so that each shift is covered for absenteeism, training and planned absences
Comply with federal and provincial acts and regulations and legal requirements as well as adhere to all relevant
corporate policies and procedures.
Ensure mining teams are using the safety tools to their full extent including visiting work places of all employees
each shift.
Reporting and investigation of Near Misses in a prompt, timely manner.
Raise the personal accountability of Mine Department personnel in safety awareness through effective & thorough
Critical Control Verifications.
Plan for future/anticipated specialized labour requirements.
Manage daily activities of Development crews in the underground mine.
Plan daily tasks for blasting, Mechanized Jumbo operation including screen installation and bolting ground support
activities
Plan daily mining activities, coordinate ore / waste haulage and maintain services
Align with other departments on maintenance and engineering requirements
Execute activities set out in the weekly plan to achieve KPIs as committed through proper procactive planning in
conjunction with the Weekly Playbook.
Education and Experience:
Minimum 5 years of operational mining experience, with experience in a leadership capacity.
Completion of the Ontario Supervisors Common Core Program (#P ) is preferred.
Knowledge of Jumbo operations including but not limited to Bolting and Screen installation
Demonstrated ability to motivate others and initiate change that yields positive results in terms of safety, production
and cost management in the Mine department.
Highly effective communication skills, organization, detailed planning and execution.
Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with external and internal partnerships of the Mine Department.
A high level of flexibility to adapt to changes as necessitated by the business.
Strong commitment to seeking safety, efficiency and productivity improvements.
Proficient computer literacy
Working Conditions:
The schedule for this position will consist of 14 days on and 14 days off, 12 hours per day.

Purpose
Reporting to the Planning & Reliability Superintendent, the Reliability Supervisor is responsible to oversee the Reliability Technicians to ensure process alignment and best practices adherence for Mobile, Fixed, and Electrical assets at Musselwhite Mine.
Responsibilities include:
Supervise and mentor the Reliability team to follow safety guidelines, best maintenance practices, regulatory statutes, and site processes
Audit critical asset spare parts availability, lead times, and identify gaps with Supply Chain
Ensure the proper integration of project assets into CMMS, appropriate retirement of assets, and capture document collection or changes to new
and existing assets and infrastructure
Provide asset health visibility through presenting comprehensive equipment reports for long-range planning & budgeting
Develop long-term and short-term maintenance plans within OPEX and CAPEX activities while working closely with mine planning to integrate
maintenance into production expectations
Practice and coach workplace procedures and workplace protocols.
Speak up for health and safety, identify, report and address risks.
Report to work physically fit.
Complete safety training and certifications as required by site and departmental procedure.
Follow operating procedures and comply with regulatory requirements.
Competent on mine site locations and possess the ability to identify hazards
Work with Reliability team to align and provide guidance for OEM and regulatory adherence to active, new, or revised maintenance plans
Manage employee workloads, monitor performance and deadlines, and develop the individual skillsets to diversify the team
Identify areas of improvement within the plant process or mine material handling to increase availability and reduce unscheduled downtime
Identify equipment and assets that do not currently have maintenance plans or redundancy designs implemented
Develop ore tonnage or hour-based tracking system with Reliability to forecast corrective actions based on MTBF data
Assist with incident investigations, root cause analysis, and provide details to final action items in the resulting investigation report and findings
The above duties and responsibilities are representative of the nature and level of work assigned and are not necessarily all-inclusive.
Education and Experience:
At least five (5) years experience in supervision or leadership within a maintenance environment
Experience in CMMS systems (SAP, Maximo, Fiix, MaintainX etc.) for work order management, asset tracking, and data analysis is essential
Completion of a college diploma or degree in related discipline or 10 years experience in an underground mining maintenance environment
Maintenance Management Professional (MMP) or Certified Reliability Leader (CRL) preferred
Red Seal trades certificate an asset
Excellent communication, interpersonal, written, and listening skills
A high level of organizational skills, confidence, and decision-making abilities
Working Conditions:
The schedule for this position will consist of 4 consecutive days of work, with 3 consecutive days off.

Purpose
We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Maintenance Supervisor to join our Maintenance Department, reporting directly to the Musselwhite Mobile Maintenance Coordinator.
Responsibilities include:
Manage the implementation of standards, targets, policies and plans to ensure continuing and increasing
operational efficiency, effectiveness and profitability.
Supervise, coordinate, and monitor routine maintenance of stationary equipment.
Provide direction and support to all staff members and contracted service personnel through morning line-up meetings, daily visitation to work in progress, and regular feedback regarding work performance.
Collaborate with the Mobile Maintenance Planners & Schedulers to ensure consensus on resources
required to execute planned work for both surface and underground.
Ensure employees are following all Company policies/procedures and safety regulations.
Ensure personnel development through varied job assignments, training, and employee involvement.
Safety: conduct weekly toolbox meetings; perform shop inspections at the beginning of each shift.
Provide timely, accurate and well-communicated shift reports and summaries for cross-shift and turnaround
needs.
Education and Experience:
- College Diploma and/or Trades Certification with 6 to 10 years of experience in a maintenance related field.
- Three (3) to 6 years supervisory experience.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills with internal and external contacts.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and manufacturing systems.
- Strong background in CMMS
- Attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work within a team environment with demonstrated leadership qualities.
- Self-directed and self-motivated, demonstrating initiative to do more than is expected or required in theposition.
- Strong commitment to safety.
Working Conditions:
- The schedule for this position will consist of 14 days on and 14 days off, 12 hours per day.

Our client is a reputable and leading General Contractor specializing in ICI (Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional) construction projects across Northwestern Ontario. Their projects range from new builds and major renovations for commercial, healthcare, and institutional clients.
They are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Supervisor to join their team and lead the successful delivery of upcoming ICI projects in the region.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities.
• Ensure construction is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.
• Supervise site personnel and subcontractors, ensuring work is performed in compliance with project specifications and drawings.
• Maintain daily site logs, track progress, and report to the Project Manager.
• Enforce site safety policies and participate in regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manage the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Identify and resolve issues that may arise during construction.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and inspectors as needed.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with local codes, permits, and regulations.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in ICI construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors on active job sites.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
• Familiarity with project scheduling tools and basic computer skills.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• First Aid, Working at Heights, and other health and safety certifications are considered assets.
Compensation:
Competitive salary, dependent on experience and knowledge. Candidates must be willing to travel as required, throughout the Northwestern region of Ontario
