Salary:
FUCHS offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience in a similar position. The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, but actual salary will vary depending upon a new hire’s experience and qualifications as well as internal equity.

Drive Efficiency, Collaboration, and Innovation! As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of operations, ensuring that materials flow seamlessly to meet customer and FUCHS expectations. This is more than just a coordination role—it’s an opportunity to make a real impact through strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include:
• Be the Link Between Demand and Supply: Manage purchase orders for raw materials and finished goods, en-suring timely and accurate fulfillment from suppliers and FUCHS subsidiaries.
• Optimize Inventory: Monitor and adjust stocking positions using historical and forecast data to keep inventory aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with procurement, production, and sales to maintain optimal inventory levels and support business goals.
• Champion Compliance: Maintain supplier documentation and ensure regulatory standards are met (ISO Certifi-cates, CUSMAs, etc.).
• Support Strategic Purchasing: Assist with indirect purchasing for Canadian operations and manage Trading At Settlement (TAS) orders from placement to delivery.
• Drive Performance: Monitor supplier KPIs and foster strong operational relationships to enhance supply chain ef-ficiency.
• Lead Continuous Improvement: Be a key stakeholder in the order-to-cash process, contributing ideas and solu-tions to streamline operations.
What You Bring:
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or a related supply chain field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in procurement, planning, inventory, or supply chain roles.
• Advanced Excel skills and a knack for data analysis.
• A collaborative spirit and a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• ERP experience (SAP preferred).
• Experience in the chemical industry is a plus!

As a member of the Construction Division within the Industrial Business Unit, the Supply Chain Specialist will provide sales and supply chain support for the Goliath roofing systems team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for administering procurement functions, including purchase orders and back-order management.
· Manage inventory levels of all products at the location – cycle counting, managing to pre-established min/max levels.
· Customer service-related functions such as customer inquiries via phone, email and in-person.
· Accurately completing estimates/quotes on pricing and sourcing of products for roofing, decking and 3-ply pool projects.
· Coordination of resources to respond to customer supply chain needs – arranging appropriate transportation and specialized equipment to ensure safe delivery of materials to customer jobsites.
· Accounts receivable activities including receipt of payments from customers, reconciliation of invoices to purchase orders, etc.
· Support Warehouse Manager with various tasks.
· Operate equipment such as forklift to prepare orders for customers (Pick, Pack, Ship functions).
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
Education:
Completion of Grade 12 at a minimum. Post-secondary education in supply chain management or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience:
Three+ years of experience in a similar role working directly with customers. Experience using SAP an asset.

- Skilled in all Microsoft Office applications (excel, word, outlook)
- Experience with SAP or similar type system.

Other:
- Usually work in an office, plant and warehouse environment, but the mission of the organization and the focus of the position will often take them to non-standard workplaces such as customer sites, or other production facilities.
- Regular exposure to sensitive, emotional customers regarding delivery and/or quality issues which can potentially lead to unpleasant situations.
- Standard 40-hour work week, but additionally will often work evening, weekends, and non-standard hours to accommodate activities without receiving additional compensation.

Overview
JD Sign is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Manager Estimating, Procurement & Supply Chain to lead the full cycle of estimating, cost analysis, supplier negotiation, and material procurement. This role is critical to securing profitable projects, ensuring seamless supply chain operations, and maintaining cost-effective execution across our signage and architectural cladding projects.
Key Responsibilities
Estimating Management
- Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and tender documents to identify suitable and profitable opportunities.
- Review architectural and engineering drawings to perform accurate quantity take-offs.
- Develop competitive cost estimates covering materials, labor, equipment, and overheads.
- Prepare persuasive proposals with pricing, timelines, deliverables, and strategic differentiators.
- Apply value engineering strategies to optimize project costs and performance.
- Maintain a well-organized database of quotes, estimates, submissions, and pricing history.
Procurement & Supply Chain Oversight
- Lead procurement activities including sourcing, purchasing, negotiation, and vendor evaluation.
- Build and manage vendor and subcontractor relationships, including contract negotiation.
- Initiate procurement for awarded projects and track material timelines.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure material availability with minimal waste.
- Drive initiatives to improve supplier terms and evaluate vendor performance.
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Align procurement strategies with business goals through interpretation of infrastructure RFPs/RFQs.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and government regulations (e.g., Ontario Building Code).
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and design teams to align estimates with execution capabilities.
- Lead internal communication and coach team members to enhance performance.
- Conduct project reviews and audits for contractual and compliance alignment.
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Strong understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and installation methods in the signage industry.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in signage production and project estimating.
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in estimating, procurement, or supply chain roles.
- At least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in signage, construction, or custom fabrication.
- Proven success in bid preparation, vendor negotiation, cost control, and team coordination.
