Responsibilities:
- Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care
- Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planning, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening to patients
- Serve as an oral health educator by introducing new preventative techniques and counselling
- Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients’ expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behaviour.
The wage range is from $5 to 57 per hour, reflective of experience. Hourly wage is determined based on the candidate’s work experience and will be discussed during the interview process.
About You:
- Successful completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Hygiene Degree program
- Registered as a Dental Hygienists and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
- Valid CPR certification

Are you a confident, high-performing Certified Dental Assistant with a passion for orthodontics and patient care? We’re looking for a skilled CDA—with a preferred Ortho Module—to join our dynamic team in a Treatment Coordinator role that blends clinical knowledge with communication and coordination expertise.
About the Role
This isn’t just a chairside assisting role—it’s an opportunity to play a central part in guiding patients through their orthodontic journey. You’ll help build and communicate treatment plans, ensure appointments are booked in the right sequence, and serve as a knowledgeable, compassionate point of contact for our patients.
We’ll provide training on our systems, but we’re looking for someone who understands the “why” behind the “how”—and can confidently convey that to patients.
What You Bring
Certified Dental Assistant (Ortho Module preferred)
3–5 years of experience, ideally in ortho or treatment coordination
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A confident, outgoing personality with a professional and reliable approach
Organizational strengths and ease with digital tools (we use Tracker and digital charting)
A desire to contribute to a high-functioning, collaborative team
Schedule
32–40 hours/week (typically 36–40)
Flexible scheduling available within clinic needs
Clinic Hours
Monday: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
Tuesday & Wednesday: 7:30 am – 6:00 pm
Thursday: 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
Friday: 7:30 am – 3:00 pm (2 Fridays/month)
Compensation & Perks
