**Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for overseeing and managing all paperwork related to driver time sheets.
+ Assess workflow accuracy and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
+ Identify any discrepancies or additional charges through thorough paperwork and systems validation.
+ Create carrier invoicing templates and promptly review and process corrections in a professional manner.
**Qualifications:**
+ Must have data entry/administrative/billing experience.
+ Previous experience working within the transportation industry is required.
+ Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly advanced Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis tools.
+ Strong organizational skills to efficiently handle paperwork and ensure workflow accuracy.
+ Attention to detail to identify errors in paperwork and maintain invoicing accuracy.
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills.
+ Must be available to work Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm,5 days in office

Job Title: Dispatcher Cross Border and Domestic Operations
Position: Full-time day shifts, 10-hour shifts, 4-day work week
Shifts: 2 positions available, Sunday to Wednesday and Wednesday to Saturday
Salary: $27 per hour
CPC Logistics Canada is seeking a dynamic and organized Dispatcher to join our team in Brantford, ON. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in coordinating driver schedules, maintaining efficient fleet operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
You will manage freight lanes that deliver to stores and cross-docks locally, oversee cross-border trips, and work cohesively with our Central Dispatch team during off-peak periods. In the coming months, you’ll help roll out service into new regions and customer lanes across Ontario and beyond, always driving on-time performance, proactive driver support, and full regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for driver inquiries and trip support
- Manage customer appointment windows and adjust schedules as needed
- Work cohesively with US Dispatch and central call center
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation (DVIRs, bills of lading, etc.)
- Monitor hours of service compliance and camera alerts
- Arrange routine and emergency vehicle maintenance
- Prepare all related border crossing paperwork
- Ensure smooth operations - vacation coverage, shift updates, KPI tracking
- Assist with incident/accident intake and initial injury reports
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in cross border dispatching
- Proficiency with ELD systems
- Experience with dispatch and border crossing software
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly excel
- In-depth knowledge of ACE/ACI, customs protocols and HOS/HTA/FMCSA regulations
- Exceptional customer service orientation
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Class AZ license (preferred, but not required)

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Each day will present different activities and opportunities as you help position Jacobs for success in our sales efforts. Our Proposal Coordinators will be responsible for the following general activities:
* Support proposals under the guidance of senior Sales Operations staff and, as your capabilities grow, lead the End Game coordination of small to medium proposals; may take ownership of section(s) of larger efforts under the guidance of senior staff
* Coordinate, write, edit/tailor, and perform research for non-technical proposal sections; ensure compliance; proactively identify and communicate potential issues/variances
* Participate in kick-off meetings and other milestone meetings, as appropriate
* Begin to develop an understanding of business objectives, priorities, and sales strategies, especially as they relate to the proposal process
* Learn and actively follow Sales procedures, policies, protocols, and best practices, including standard file management and archiving procedures, as well as Branding Guidelines
* Populate/update (as appropriate) information in Jacob's Client Success Platform (CSP) and business development-related tools and databases
* Develop knowledge of company markets, partner/competitor/subconsultant firms, clients, and industry trends
* Begin to foster working relationships with Operations, other Sales Operations staff, Selling Units, and Sales Enablement teams both locally and across the network

* Coordinate/provide direction during End Game to graphic designers, publishing technicians, editors, translators, reprographics specialists, and other support staff, as well as to teaming partners and subconsultants
* Monitor and hold self to proposal schedule
Sales Strategy
* Support Sales Operations team on proposals, lead the End Game coordination of small to medium proposals, and support Senior Sales Operations staff on larger, more strategic proposals. Coordinate as necessary with Client Account Managers (CAMs), Client Service Leaders (CSLs), and Account Strategists (AStrat) on opportunities
* Participate in debrief meetings on completed proposals and apply lessons learned to future efforts
* Check client websites for information and addenda
* Evaluate and resolve problems by applying appropriate solutions and seeking leadership guidance as necessary
* Possess basic understanding of objectives and services provided by the firm Sales Functions and Processes
* Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills; possess effective active listening skills
* Write and update project descriptions/summaries, resumes, and other documents with limited supervision
* Have knowledge of and ability to perform contributing skills (including document publishing, editing, and reprographic standards) supporting application of best practices
* Offer suggestions for, or alert leadership to, improvements/additions and lessons learned to streamline processes, procedures, tools/databases, etc.
* Prepare and ensure compliant and timely proposal deliverables, including following proposal process, and meeting client and schedule requirements; communicate issues/variances
* Be accountable for quality assurance/quality check (QA/QC) of assigned proposals and proposal sections
* BS/BA degree, or equivalent
* At least two (2) years of experience in proposal coordination, ideally in the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. Preference will be given to those with demonstrated experience in the transportation market.
* Understand business objectives and services provided
