- Resolve inquiries at first point of contact where possible and escalate complex issues that require resolution by more senior team members as applicable.
- Investigate requests for product credit.
- Investigate proof of delivery and other historical data.
- Work in collaboration with other team members to ensure the overall service levels are met or exceeded.
- Confirm order delivery to customer from driver paperwork and electronic filing of all paperwork.
- Prepare pick sheets and load sheets for warehouse and delivery use.
- Create pre-authorized payment report for A/R team immediately after call run, review report for declined cards once processed by the A/R team.
- Responsible for accurate, appropriate, and courteous customer service for cash and carry customers for the purpose of order entry.
- Always greet customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Payment processing and report completion for cash and carry orders.
**What You Need To Get The Job Done:**
- High school diploma or equivalent years of experience;
- Preference for 1-3 years of experience in a call centre, customer service and/or sales function;
- Ability to work shifts outside of regular hours (weekends, and statutory holidays);
- Someone with a solid aptitude for detailed work and accuracy in a fast paced environment;
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, excel).
- Experience with Net Suite and EDI an asset
- Work collaboratively with all Kawartha Dairy teams in delivering a positive working environment;
- Impeccable communication skills; Courteous and respectful in all interactions;
- Strong conflict resolution skills and ability to maintain positive working relationships with internal and external contacts.

**As a Laundry Aide, you will:**
- Properly sort, wash and dry linens following the approved laundry procedures
- Fold, count, and stack linens following approved laundry procedures
- Collect soiled linens along with redistributing clean linens
