Relevant du contremâitre fabrication, le titulaire du poste effectue principalement des travaux d’assemblage de structures métalliques pour des projets d'evergures à nos ateliers de Malartic.
RÔLES ET RESPONSABILITÉS
- Souder de l’acier en utilisant les méthodes adaptées aux travaux à effectuer (Flux Core, MIG/MAG, etc.);
- Souder de l'aluminium en utilisant les méthodes adaptées;
- Assembler et monter des structures métalliques selon les spécifications;
- Préparer les pièces à souder en les nettoyant, les ajustant et les positionnant correctement;
- Inspecter les soudures et les assemblages pour s'assurer de leur conformité aux normes de qualité;
- Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et sécuritaire;
- Toutes autres tâches connexes.
CONNAISSANCES
- Interpréter des plans de soudure;
- Reconnaître les types de soudure à utiliser selon les travaux;
- Maîtriser les mesures de santé et sécurité à appliquer selon les travaux à effectuer.

L'assembleur(euse)/réparateur(rice) fait l’inspection et l’analyse des problématiques des câbles miniers. Il fait ensuite la réparation et les tests à l’aide des équipements et outils spécialisés, tout en respectant les normes établies.
Responsabilités principales:
*Suivre les priorités selon la planification et les échéanciers ;
*Effectuer la réparation des câbles miniers tout en respectant les procédures ;
*Effectuer différents tests, analyses et corrections afin que les équipements rencontrent les exigences de qualité et les standards établis par Meglab.
- Posséder un bon sens de l'autonomie.
- Posséder une habileté et une précision des mouvements manuels afin de manier les outils et les équipements habilement.
- Utiliser avec soin les différents machines ou produits afin d’effectuer les travaux électriques.
