- Expérience d'au moins 1 ans au triage avec la formation officielle de triage (CTAS)
- Etre en mesure de parler et comprendre l'anglais (bien se débrouiller)
- Avoir une clé DSQ, Formation ACLS et ATLS seraient un atout.
- Connaitre le système informatique DCI-Cristal Net et le système d'information de laboratoire provincial SIL-P ou de s'engager à faire les deux formations sur l'ENA avant le début du mandat.
- Connaitre le système de triage MEDURGE.
- Démontrer une capacité d'adaptation rapide à l'environnement de travail et être apte à leader une salle de choc et prendre des décisions
- Excellente capacité de communication et d’écoute.
- Sens de l’organisation, professionnalisme et autonomie.
- Véhicule automobile requis
