Your Opportunity

Your Key Responsibilities
- Managing complex tasks on multiple, large scope, highly complex projects
- Effectively participates and helps to win work in interviews for potential projects

+ Générer et suivre les bons de travail des demandes de service pour leur achèvement.
+ Planifier des réunions et coordonner la logistique selon les besoins.
+ Mettre à jour les systèmes de l'entreprise, les bases de données du service client et les feuilles de calcul.
+ Contactez les clients pour obtenir des informations mises à jour, si nécessaire.
+ Exécutez et distribuez divers rapports ad hoc pour examen.
+ Montrez l'exemple et modélisez des comportements cohérents avec les valeurs de CBRE RISE. Guider l'équipe dans l'application des connaissances de base.

**What You'll Do:**
+ Answer incoming service requests, via phone, chat, email & online requests. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns. Escalate, as necessary.
+ Generate and follow up on service request work orders for completion.
+ Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics as needed.
+ Update company systems, customer service databases, and spreadsheets.
+ Contact customers for updated information, as necessary.
+ Run and distribute various ad hoc reports for review.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge.
+ Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.
+ Evaluate and select solutions from established options.
+ Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
+ Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
+ Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision.

**What You'll Need:**
+ A good knowledge of English and French is required as this role requires regular communication in English and French with clients and staff located in all Canadian provinces and the United States
+ High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
+ Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
+ Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.

We are looking for a Journeyman Oil Burner Mechanic to join our Residential team in Iqaluit, NU . Reporting to the Facilities Manager , this is a licensed and specialized position and will work on our team of Maintenance Technicians.

Responsibilities :

  • Plumbing and renovation work in accordance with work orders, plans, and specifications
  • Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning oil burners, layout and assemble oil burner heating system components, test installed units, and adjust controls for proper functioning
  • Perform preventative maintenance work on motors, pumps, control devices, boilers, forced air furnaces and oil-fired hot water tanks
  • Identifying supplies and compiling a materials list for sealift
  • Assists in inventory and stock control
  • Will be required to be part of a call-out team dealing with emergencies on a rotating basis
  • Some travel may be required to other communities as necessary
  • Ensure safety standards are met

Qualifications:

  • The applicant must possess a valid journeymen's ticket in OBM, plumbing experience considered an asset
  • The successful applicant must have a current class 5 driver's license and be able to provide a criminal background check free from relevant convictions
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the property management or facilities maintenance industry
  • Must be conscientious, demonstrate a strong work ethic, and work well within a team environment
  • Demonstrated compliance with safe work practices and safety reporting procedures

We are looking for a Warehouse Technician to join our Residential team in Iqaluit, NU . Reporting to the Facilities Manager , you will be critical to our delivery of world-class customer service that depicts pride of ownership and respect for our residents.

Responsibilities :

  • Ensuring safety, complying with Northview's Health and Safety requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse, workshop, and yard, ensuring they are free from tripping hazards and clutter
  • Track and catalog inventory quantities of all supplies/materials in warehouse, shop, and yard (seacans)
  • Monitor inventory levels and replenish materials and supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate for current and future demand
  • Obtain quotes and create purchase orders for necessary materials for local purchasing, air freight purchasing, sealift purchasing activities
  • Coordinate logistical activities for material purchases to ensure timely receiving at the warehouse, workshop, yard, or property
  • Receive materials (can include loading and unloading heavy appliances, materials, and cargo) and ensure proper storage and entering items into inventory
  • Assist maintenance technicians with loading/unloading materials and appliances into vehicles
  • Conduct regular upkeep and maintenance of tools, ensuring they are in good working condition
  • Regularly clean out dust collection containers and dispose of sawdust and other waste materials
  • Maintain and manage garbage bins, ensuring timely disposal
  • Groundskeeping responsibilities, including shoveling entrances and walkways in winter, applying sand for traction, and general maintenance of the lot in all season
  • Other warehouse duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Adequate computer skills for inventory management and quoting systems
  • Familiarity with inventory control systems and warehouse management practices
  • Able to provide a criminal record check that is free of relevant convictions
  • If using a company vehicle, provide annual driver's abstract and proof of a valid driver's license
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs, and work in varying weather conditions
  • Experience with and ability to drive forklifts, zoom booms, or telehandlers (specific certification/licensing preferred)
  • Basic mechanical skills for handling and maintaining workshop tools and equipment
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with maintenance staff when required
