We are looking for people to join national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research studies. Compensation:
$5- 150 for each 1-hour session
300- 750 for multi-session studies
Job Requirements:
Arrive at least 10 minutes before your session starts
Follow all written and oral instructions
Complete any surveys provided for each panel
If products or services are supplied, you must use them and be prepared to discuss your experience prior to the session
Qualifications:
A smartphone with a camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam

Tobique Child & Family Services Agency Inc. provides multidisciplinary social work services to the children and families of Tobique First Nation. The agency operates within the context of a
Wolastoq/Maliseet client centered and community care approach to safeguard children, youth, and their families.
Summary of Position
Under the direction of the Early Childhood Educator Manager, the Early Childhood Educator works within a team to provide a caring, safe, nurturing learning environment for children within the community.
Primary Responsibilities
Child Supervision & Development
- Supervise and monitor children at all times and respond appropriately to crisis or emergency situations that may occur.
- Establish and maintain a positive classroom climate.
- Guide the behavior of children in positive, effective ways.
- Follow a consistent schedule which includes small and large group experiences, choice time, music and movement, large and small motor activities, skill development, meals and effective transitions between activities.
- Encourage experimentation, exploration, problem solving, cooperation, socialization and choice-making; ask open-ended questions and follow-up questions to promote further learning and thinking.
- Promote both English and Maliseet language.
- Provide learning opportunities for dual language in the home.
- Adapt curriculum to address and meet individual goals for children as identified in their individualized family service plans (IFSP).
- Assess individual and group needs, attending to specific interests, strengths and concerns.
Curriculum & Program Implementation
- Follow agency-adopted curricula, using effective strategies to guide learning and incorporate teaching strategies.
- Coordinate with staff to develop a collaborative approach that benefits all children.
- Work with appropriate agencies to develop specialized planning for children and families as needed.
Family & Community Engagement
- Provide an atmosphere that promotes and reinforces family and volunteer engagement.
- Support the role of families as the first and primary teachers of their children.
- Support families' safety, health, financial stability, life goals and aspirations.
- Conduct home visits with individual families.
- Help plan and participate in family activity events.
- Coordinate with the TCFS Social Workers as needed to assist families to complete follow-ups (i.e. dental, medical, physical and mental health needs of families, etc.)
- Coordinate with the Early Childhood Education Manager and TCFSA to provide families with timely information and referrals appropriate to their needs.
Operational Support & General Duties
- Monitor and document attendance concerns.
- Assist with breaks, food service and bus/pick-up monitoring as needed or as requested.
- Work with other staff to ensure general maintenance and security of the facility.
- Assist with the inventory of equipment and supplies.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
Minimum of an Early Childhood Education Diploma and registered to practice in NB.
Prefer two years experience in preschool (infant/toddler) classroom. Experience should include the ability to adapt curriculum to meet the needs of all children including at risk, special needs, and culturally diverse populations.
Knowledge of community resources and referral experience assisting families in need of services is highly desirable.
Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate family needs, may include some evening or weekend hours.
Knowledge and experience in working with early childhood mental health and disabilities services.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, internet and e-mail.
Broad knowledge of Wolastoqey/Maliseet culture, traditions, values, and history and experience working with First Nations
Computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
Valid New Brunswick Drivers License, Criminal Record Check & Vulnerable Sector Check,
