Responsibilities:

As a Member Service Representative Floater at Pilot Mound and Swan Lake Branches, you will play a key role in delivering a consistent and compelling member experience at ACU, supporting members with their day-to-day transactions and digital banking, asking questions to uncover their unique needs, answering their inquiries, resolving concerns, and connecting them to the team of experts across ACU.

The Member Service Representative:

• Provides exceptional member service by attending to members in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring all advice and service delivery standards are met and exceeded at all times.
• Promotes, educates, and assists members with their digital banking needs.
• Provides transactional service to members, including deposit processing, withdrawals, bill payments, cheque cashing, etc.
• Assists with opening and closing duties of the vault, ATM, and cash recycler units as required.
• Supports lobby management, greeting members warmly on arrival.
• Through engaging and meaningful conversations, identifies members’ goals and needs and connects them to the right advisor to serve their immediate and future needs in all interactions on the frontline and during lobby management.
• Achieves individual targets and collaborates to support team success, demonstrating service excellence and product knowledge.
• Resolves member complaints with an aim for first contact resolution and referring complex issues when needed.
• Observes and adheres to all credit union policies and procedures on internal control and risk management, including security requirements for cash custody & safeguarding, frauds, forgeries and robbery procedures.
• Demonstrates understanding of ACU’s commitment to values-based banking, a respectful workplace, and diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Maintains privacy, keeping strictly confidential member information that becomes available to them in the course of their duties.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

Employment Type:  Full-time (40 hours/week)
Salary:  Starting wage from $19.00 per hour.

• Lire et interpréter des dessins techniques, des plans et des spécifications.

• Programmer et ajuster les paramètres des machines laser pour effectuer des découpes, gravures ou autres opérations sur du métal
• Effectuer des tests de coupe pour vérifier la qualité des pièces produites
• Surveiller les machines pendant le processus de production pour s'assurer de leur bon fonctionnement et de la conformité des produits finis
• Signaler les dysfonctionnements et collaborer avec le département de maintenance pour résoudre rapidement les problèmes
• Utiliser des outils de mesure et de contrôle pour valider les dimensions des pièces

• Expérience préalable dans l'opération de machines laser, idéalement dans le secteur manufacturier (presses plieuses, découpeuse plasma)
• Connaissance des différents types de machines laser et des matériaux utilisés dans le processus de découpe
• Diplôme en tôlerie de précision, mécanique, usinage, automatisation ou un domaine connexe est un atout
• Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans techniques, des dessins industriels

• Recevoir, lire, comprendre et interpréter les bons de travail ainsi que les plans et les instructions de coupe ;
• Agencer et marquer la tôle selon les instructions ;

Sous la responsabilité du directeur de l’informatique, le stagiaire est responsable de faciliter l’accès aux données de l’entreprise et de supporter les utilisateurs des systèmes informatiques. En ce sens, il crée et gère des interfaces et rapports destinés à faciliter le travail des utilisateurs.
Il s’agit d’un stage de fin d’études qui se déroule en présentiel , offert de mars à mai (hiver 2026), et qui vous permettra de mettre vos acquis en pratique et d’enrichir votre expérience professionnelle.

RESPONSABILITÉS

• Préparer les essais et effectuer les tests requis pour mettre au point les rapports, les interfaces et autres éléments requis au bon fonctionnement des systèmes.
• Codifier des interfaces selon le langage approprié, les normes et les standards établis.
• Solutionner les problèmes reliés aux programmes en production par l’étude des causes et l’application des correctifs appropriés.
• Préparer la documentation des travaux qu’il exécute.
