WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Responsible for the ongoing safety of our guests by monitoring trail conditions and managing them effectively. Patrollers will work in conjunction with departments, proactively maintaining a safe environment with ahigh level of care and customer service for our guests and staff. Patrollers will participate in accident investigation, litigation, and first aid calls, including fatalities, and other duties as assigned. Provide the highest level of customer service to our guests to ensure a safe and positive experience, render First Response level of first aid care, and offer assistance to all those in need. Patrollers will provide safe operation of hills/trails/activities - free of hazards during operating hours.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Interact with guests- engage, approach, introduce yourself and initiate conversation. Share your knowledge of the resort and its amenities
- Responsible for performing incident investigations, and completing documentation (photo documentation, statements, report forms, daily sweep sheets etc.), participating in third party investigations as required, appearing in court as required, working in collaboration with the BMR Risk Management team; preforming all required aspects of an investigation with the highest standard of care
- Responsible for maintaining and reporting required maintenance of first response equipment (ATV, RTV, transport trailers, toboggans, trauma kits, AEDs, first aid supplies including, checking readiness, replacing required items as needed
- Maintain presence on hill in all weather conditions, and available to assist resort guests; participate in any search and rescue missions.
- Must have legal awareness of the required standard of care to be provided as a Frist Responder
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be registered or hold current First Responder level First Aid or equivalent certifications with a minimum of HCP-CPR
- Must have valid G Ontario driver's license
- Strong Intermediate skier/snowboarder flexible to work all shifts and maneuver all areas of the resort during operating hours
- Ski/snowboard with loaded and unloaded toboggan with BMR training provided
- Successful applicants will be required to complete a criminal background check
- Must have required equipment that meets the BMR standard (skis/snowboard/bike/protective equipment)

The key responsibilities of this position include promoting water safety, enforcing pool rules, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for all guests/owners to enjoy. The lifeguard will also provide superior customer service to resort guests and owners in order to ensure a smooth daily operation.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Act appropriately in emergency procedures (as trained).
- Make recommendations to Supervisor on any related issues that will enhance guest experience.
- Maintain a clean facility at all times including performing cleaning duties of entrance ways, lobby, multi-purpose and first aid rooms, pool, deck and change rooms.
- Ensure pool decks, chairs, hot tub areas and equipment are cleaned and well organized.
- Follow up on guest requests, questions and concerns in a prompt and attentive manner.
- Enforce pool rules, ex. smoking, drinking, and reserving chairs etc.
- Document any damage or maintenance deficiencies and missing inventory items.
- Interact with guests and homeowners to provide accurate resort information.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- NL Certification required.
- First Aid with CPR 'C' required.
- Recertification of awards to remain current will be required.
- Partial completion of High School.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Must be age 15 as per Ontario Legislation.

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Responsible for the ongoing safety of our guests by monitoring trail conditions and managing them effectively. Patrollers will work in conjunction with departments, proactively maintaining a safe environment with ahigh level of care and customer service for our guests and staff. Patrollers will participate in accident investigation, litigation, and first aid calls, including fatalities, and other duties as assigned. Provide the highest level of customer service to our guests to ensure a safe and positive experience, render First Response level of first aid care, and offer assistance to all those in need. Patrollers will provide safe operation of hills/trails/activities - free of hazards during operating hours.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Interact with guests- engage, approach, introduce yourself and initiate conversation. Share your knowledge of the resort and its amenities
- Responsible for performing incident investigations, and completing documentation (photo documentation, statements, report forms, daily sweep sheets etc.), participating in third party investigations as required, appearing in court as required, working in collaboration with the BMR Risk Management team; preforming all required aspects of an investigation with the highest standard of care
- Responsible for maintaining and reporting required maintenance of first response equipment (ATV, RTV, transport trailers, toboggans, trauma kits, AEDs, first aid supplies including, checking readiness, replacing required items as needed
- Maintain presence on hill in all weather conditions, and available to assist resort guests; participate in any search and rescue missions.
- Must have legal awareness of the required standard of care to be provided as a Frist Responder
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be registered or hold current First Responder level First Aid or equivalent certifications with a minimum of HCP-CPR
- Must have valid G Ontario driver's license
- Strong Intermediate skier/snowboarder flexible to work all shifts and maneuver all areas of the resort during operating hours
- Ski/snowboard with loaded and unloaded toboggan with BMR training provided
- Successful applicants will be required to complete a criminal background check
- Must have required equipment that meets the BMR standard (skis/snowboard/bike/protective equipment)

HOURLY RATE : $18.71 per hour
FULL OR PART-TIME HOURS:
- Full Time Hours: 8/8:30am-4:45pm (4-5 shifts/week)
- Part Time Hours: 4:30pm-9:15pm (3-4 shifts/week)
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
Lift Operators will continually strive to exceed our guest's expectations by creating the best memories. The LiftDepartment will ensure the safe operation of our ski lifts by maintaining the standards set for both the guest experience and maintenance.
- Ensuring the safe operation of the assigned lift
- Maximizing uphill capacity for all lifts
- Showing empathy and assistance to the needs of our beginner guests
- Providing physical assistance to guests when required
- Ensuring all guests using the lift have a valid ticket or pass
- Establishing and maintaining all operational aspects of all assigned lifts including ramps, mazes, tools and signs
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
- Excellent employee and publicrelations skills and be of a friendly and co-operative nature
- Must be professional, energetic anddependable
- Must be able to reason and react with quick and thoughtful judgment while remaining calm under pressure
- Must be in good physical condition and be able to lift and push/pull heavy objects (shovel snow, move gates, etc.)
- Must be a minimum age of 16 to operate lifts
