**What the Graphic Designer does**
+ Creates a wide variety of marketing materials that may include maps, advertisements, demographic reports, and brochures for in-house and client presentations.
+ Develops and executes brand, property marketing and social media strategy for team and client projects.
+ Manages and supports the day-to-day marketing requests from teams and their client projects.
+ Organizes and maintains filing system, file correspondence and other records.
+ Organizes the preparation and production of customized, client specific property information packages in response to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
+ Communicates and manages relationships with external service providers.
+ Works with vendors to estimate marketing projects and oversee production.
+ May investigate, compare, and recommend local suppliers of marketing production services, including typography, paper, and printing.
+ Adheres to corporate style guides on type, colour schemes, and other brand elements.
+ Other duties may be assigned.
**What We Require**
+ Post-secondary education, preferably in Graphic Design or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ 1-2 years' experience in graphic design.
+ Advanced knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign.
+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Experience and/or interest in the real estate industry is preferred but not required.
+ Analytical thinking skills and strong marketing knowledge.
+ Strong editing and writing skills.

Job Summary:
The Graphic Designer will develop a wide range of creative assets, including but not limited to: packaging, catalogues, POP, and digital marketing aids, ensuring consistent quality while adhering to the brand guidelines for Stanfield’s, Elita, FR/ Life Liners, and Special Projects (Branded).
