Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Minimum of 2 years of operational experience in Integrated Facilities Management
  • Multi site contract experience is a plus

What You'll Do

Lead Client Relationships
  • Serve as the senior day-to-day lead for one or more of WTD's top client accounts
  • Build long-term partnerships by deeply understanding your clients' business, goals, and customers
  • Act as a trusted advisor to VP- and Director-level stakeholders, helping them navigate complexity and make bold, smart decisions
  • Guide conversations that matter, from roadmap planning and QBRs to executive check-ins and in-the-moment problem solving
Drive Growth and Revenue
  • Own the commercial success of your accounts including revenue, margin, pipeline, and forecasting
  • Identify whitespace opportunities, shape new scopes of work, and influence roadmaps that drive business forward
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft proposals, pitches, and business cases that unlock value for both the client and WTD
  • Deliver accurate forecasts, ensure healthy margins, and keep a close eye on account performance
Deliver with Excellence
  • Ensure all work we deliver is on-brand, on-brief, and drives results whether it's a major strategic initiative or a day-to-day campaign
  • Translate client goals into clear plans and work with cross-functional teams to execute them
  • Step in where needed to review deliverables, clarify strategy, help shape messaging, or keep a project on track

Collaborate Across Teams
  • Partner closely with strategists, creatives, technologists, and data specialists to shape integrated solutions that work

What You Bring

  • 7 to 10 years of experience in a client-facing role at a CRM, CX, digital marketing, or consulting firm
  • A proven track record of growing accounts, building client trust, and delivering measurable impact
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex, high-visibility work
  • Good mentorship and team leadership abilities. Ability to mentor and grow team mates earlier in their careers
  • Strong understanding of CRM, personalization, marketing automation, and data-driven marketing
  • Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Adobe, or Bloomreach is a strong asset
    A commercial mindset with a clear understanding of revenue ownership, margin, forecasting, and opportunity development
    Confident communication skills written, verbal, and visual. You can lead a room, defend a point of view, and make the complex simple
  • Curiosity, clarity, and a high bias for action

As a Account Director , you will be responsible for assisting in the overall effective operation of the project/contract to include the safety and well-being of its employees, safeguarding company interests and property, and generally represents the company with respect to the customer.

Your work will include:

  • Helps to manages the day to day relationship with the client
  • Contributes to Managing, planning and coordinating all on-site work activities
  • Provides leadership and direction to staff as defined by contract documents. 
  • Participates in recruitment, orientation, scheduling, training and performance of all staff in accordance with corporate policies and according to HR policies and procedures.
  • Accountable for the contract Performance Assessment Process.
  • Works collaboratively to make certain KPI’s are met and facilities are maintained at performance levels that not only meet but exceed expectations. 
  • Maintains a high level of training/competency for all staff, ensures contractors operate at highest standards and safely always
Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Relevant experience in managing clients with multiple sites.
  • Background in the aviation industry.
  • Be familiar with all facets of multi-function project management as demonstrated through work history.
  • PMP certification is an asset, must be able to demonstrate success in large project management, cost estimating, budget planning and business accounting.
  • Experience in an emergency response or military environment is preferred with a demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of codes and standards of provincial government health and safety.
  • A clear criminal record check is required for this role.
