**General Summary** Responsible for the overall management of a brand including delivering annual net sales and profit targets, developing base and incremental sales strategies, executing new product launches, and consumer/customer specific initiatives

**Primary Responsibilities**

- (25%) People Management
- Manages 2 direct reports
- Set annual objectives and key results that align with overall business unit strategies for direct reports
- Mentor, coach, and develop direct reports to assist them in achieving their annual targets as well as career aspirations
- (25%) Trade Management & Pricing
- Owns incremental drivers/sales controllables (pricing/ads/display), create sales tactics to deliver objectives, creates contingency plans to address opportunity gaps or address competitive threats
- Adjust trade optimization initiatives to align with the needs of the business throughout the fiscal year
- (25%) Strategy
- Leads the sales portion of the business planning process (including Strategic, Operating, and annual brand planning) representing customer team perspectives through the creation and allocation of bottom up building blocks
- Establishes strategies that achieve the business goals for the assigned brand/category
- Develop go to market fundamentals for brand to drive competitive advantage in marketplace
- Plays lead role in evaluating customer team annual plans and recommend annual planning volume allocation for customer teams.
- Lead purchase strategy creation.
- (15%) Business Planning
- Provides input as a key stakeholder into the Integrated Business Planning process on a monthly basis, drawing upon external sales inputs and representing the customer team call in the business team forecast
- Generate a consolidated retail forecast that incorporates impactful cross-functional factors from brand, demand, and customer team inputs
- Using the demand projections, ensure customer requirements are met from a supply perspective
- (10%) Communication and Tracking
- Create selling strategy, materials and tools aligned with brand expectations for new item initiatives
- Allocate and manage listing budgets and new item volume. Create, monitor and report distribution targets
- Establish the structure of new launches with the brand team, including: launch timing, targeted retailers, pricing and promotional strategy, display vehicles, and planogram composition

**Complexity & Scope**

- Works with Customer Teams (Business Development Managers, Directors) and Business Teams (Brand Managers, Shopper Marketing Managers, Demand Planners) routinely as well as senior leadership
- Two direct reports: Trade Marketing Manager & Associate Sales Strategy Manager
- Facilitates meetings and discussions with the entire sales organization
- Develops and owns the strategic direction for pricing and promotional guardrails, annual plans, and monthly forecasts
- Takes on complex and ambiguous challenges, completes thorough analysis, and presents recommendations on action plans to senior leadership

**Minimum Requirements** Education: University Degree, Business preferred

Experience: 7 - 10 years of progressive customer selling experience

We’re growing our enterprise sales team and are looking for a Strategic Account Manager to cultivate and expand relationships with our largest and most complex customers across North America. In this senior role, you will act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, aligning our solutions to their business goals and driving long-term value.

Your mission will be to deepen executive relationships, identify growth opportunities, and ensure Apryse becomes an indispensable partner for our customers’ digital transformation strategies. By understanding their priorities and challenges, you’ll lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that expand adoption, strengthen retention, and create new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow a portfolio of Apryse’s largest enterprise customers, ensuring long-term satisfaction and success.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans that identify opportunities for expansion, cross-sell, and upsell.
  • Build and maintain strong executive relationships across multiple lines of business and technical stakeholders.
  • Partner with customer success, solutions engineering, and product teams to ensure customers achieve measurable business outcomes with Apryse.
  • Lead strategic business reviews with key accounts, positioning Apryse as a long-term digital transformation partner.
  • Anticipate customer needs and proactively identify opportunities to deliver additional value.
  • Effectively manage renewal cycles, negotiating terms and ensuring seamless continuity of service.
  • Stay current on competitor offerings and market trends to position Apryse as the clear leader.
  • Consistently exceed account growth and retention targets.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience managing strategic or enterprise accounts in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of expanding account revenue.
  • Demonstrated success in building multi-level executive relationships and navigating complex organizations.
  • Strong account planning, business review, and consultative selling skills.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presentation abilities.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar account portfolios with year-over-year growth.
  • Skilled in leveraging Salesforce CRM to manage accounts, forecasts, and activity.
  • Collaborative and resourceful, able to lead cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or technical background a plus.

The compensation for this position is commensurate upon experience, with a on target earnings range between $162,000.00-$204,000.00 CAD in on target earnings.

The Opportunity - as an Account Manager on our Strategic Communications team, you will play a pivotal role in managing client accounts and driving impactful communications strategies that combine traditional PR with influencer marketing. Your ability to craft tailored, integrated campaigns will help amplify our clients messages across press, social platforms, and creator-led channels. Reporting directly to your Account Director, youll strengthen existing relationships, nurture new ones, and deliver meaningful results in todays fast-evolving PR and influencer landscape.



Scope of work:

  • Manage a portfolio of PR and influencer marketing accounts, serving as the primary client contact and providing strategic counsel across earned media and creator partnerships.
  • Cultivate and grow relationships with clients, journalists, and influencers, understanding their objectives to deliver integrated PR + influencer campaigns.
  • Develop and pitch compelling storylines, influencer briefs, and campaign ideas that align with industry trends, audience insights, and brand positioning.
  • Oversee the coordination of press campaigns, influencer activations, content collaborations, and events, ensuring alignment with client goals and brand voice.
  • Lead strategic brainstorming sessions and content ideation, leveraging influencer-driven strategies to enhance reach and engagement.
  • Analyze results across PR coverage, influencer content performance, and social KPIs, delivering clear reporting and actionable insights.
  • Manage budgets and vendor relationships for large-scale events, press activations, and influencer campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of industry and platform trends, proactively integrating influencer marketing tactics into PR strategies.
  • Mentor junior staff, fostering growth in both PR and influencer management skill sets.


Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or Graduate diploma in PR, communications or a related field.
  • 3-4+ years of previous experience in PR account management working in an agency setting.
  • Previous experience working with fashion & lifestyle brands including but not limited to the following industries: fashion, beauty, travel, tourism, design, food & beverage.
  • Strong media and influencer network with proven experience building long-term relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute multi-channel campaigns (press + social/influencer).
  • Solid understanding of content performance metrics, influencer ROI, and social media analytics.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to balance both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Established media list and strong media (traditional and digital) relations within the lifestyle, beauty, and fashion industries and proven ability to secure impactful media coverage.
  • Professional-level proficiency in French and English, or full bilingualism, is a fantastic bonus!
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to juggle multiple accounts and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and adaptable, thriving on taking initiative while valuing feedback and maintaining open, transparent communication with the team.
