As a Strategic Account Manager at Avid Apparel, you’ll be a client champion for some of North America’s fastest growing apparel brands, retailers, and corporate partners. This is a client facing role that blends relationship management, sales strategy, and brand development. You’ll own a portfolio of accounts, helping clients scale their custom apparel and product programs while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure excellence from concept through delivery.

You’ll be responsible for driving revenue growth, building long-term strategic relationships, and ensuring your clients see Avid as an essential part of their business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Ownership & Growth

  • Manage strategic partnerships with clients in the corporate, retail, and brands space.
  • Develop deep knowledge of each account - understanding their brand vision, go-to-market strategy, and apparel needs across D2C and wholesale channels.
  • Build annual strategic account plans aligned with Avid’s sales targets and margin requirements.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities for growth - new product categories, seasonal programs, or expanded distribution - and bring them to life through smart, solution-oriented pitches.

Client Engagement & Sales Execution

  • Present product suggestions, pricing proposals, and pitch decks tailored to each account’s goals.
  • Partner closely with design, production, and logistics to align deliverables with client expectations and internal capabilities.
  • Forecast demand, manage orders, and proactively troubleshoot production or delivery risks.

Pipeline Management & Reporting

  • Maintain an active pipeline of new business within your accounts (upsells, cross-sells, new categories).
  • Regularly update internal reporting tools with sales activity, forecasts, and account status.
  • Present account performance and growth strategy in weekly Sales Team meetings.

Strategic Collaboration

  • Actively participate in product development conversations, bringing in client feedback and trend insights.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Production, Design, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership) to ensure smooth execution and margin goals are met.
  • Advocate for your client internally while also balancing what’s best for the business.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 - 3+ years of experience in strategic sales, account management, or brand partnerships. Preferably in apparel, fashion, or CPG.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing mid-to-large sized accounts.
  • Strong understanding of apparel production processes, merchandising, and retail strategy.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Taiga Motors is seeking a motivated and outgoing Sales & Corporate Strategy Intern to support our Sales and Marketing teams in driving customer engagement for Taigas electric personal watercraft and snowmobile. You'll assist with organizing and executing demo events, support strategic sales initiatives, and help ensure seamless internal operations. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of demo events, trade shows, and partner activations across Canada and the US.

Who we need

Reporting to the Director, CRM, we are looking for a Marketing Manager, Channel Strategy, to play a crucial role in designing campaigns that resonate with customers and drive positive results that will set Scene+ apart. You will leverage member data to drive channel marketing initiatives that align with our partners' business objectives, elevating the impact of our targeted communications.

This is a full-time, hybrid role, working five days over a two-week period in the office.

As our new Marketing Manager, Channel Strategy, you will:

  • Collaborate on strategy. You will work with stakeholders to define campaign objectives, target segments, messaging, and desired outcomes. You will take an active role in the planning process, ensuring that lead times, resources, and channels are aligned to support campaign availability and seamless execution of marketing initiatives, including technical implementation, creative assets, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Develop, execute, and automate strategic channel campaigns. You will build and nurture collaborative relationships with internal partner marketing, data science, and brand marketing teams to devise and execute strategic channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, social media, customer journeys, triggers). You will ensure content is personalized for specific segments.
  • Analyze and communicate. You will continuously monitor campaign performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimization strategies. You will achieve KPIs and derive actionable insights, making persuasive presentations on your recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and program returns over time. You will maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on campaign performance, seeking feedback, and addressing any concerns that arise.
  • Leverage technology to drive success. You will find opportunities to automate processes within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) CRM system. You will foster collaboration with technical development teams and partner marketing teams to support the development of successful, end-to-end, unique, and recurring campaigns in SFMC. Job Overview

This is the team leader (head of marketing) responsible for the overall strategy and performance of FirstOntario's marketing. AVP ensures that digital transformation goals (e.g. expanding online member services) are met. They will align marketing initiatives with business objectives, driving both new member growth and existing member satisfaction.

This role will lead marketing initiatives to advance the brand and reputation of FirstOntario and its sub-brands, as a financial services leader in communities and Credit Union system. This position will support the Senior Vice President, Marketing, Communications & Community Partnerships in providing strategic direction, oversight and resource management to define and enhance FirstOntario's brand identity and position.


Role

  • Lead in the development and implementation of marketing strategies in alignment with FirstOntario's Strategic Plan and translate this strategy into marketing activation, initiatives, and tactics that will enhance the brand image, drive engagement to increase brand awareness, and utilize a broad range of traditional and non-traditional channels.
  • Support in the development and lead of the comprehensive marketing strategy (annual marketing plan) in line with FirstOntario's strategic goals, emphasizing digital channel growth and innovation.
  • Lead the development and implementation of new products a service with stakeholders
  • Champion digital transformation within marketing by adopting new tools (e.g. marketing automation, data analytics) and ensuring seamless, user-friendly digital member experience.
  • Allocate and manage the marketing budget, balancing resources between member acquisition efforts (campaigns, ads) and member engagement initiatives (loyalty programs, communications) for maximum ROI.
  • Set KPIs and track performance of marketing campaigns (e.g. membership growth, digital engagement metrics, event impact), adjusting strategy based on data-driven insights
  • Collaborate with the communications and sales teams to develop campaigns that will achieve desired results, while managing costs. Following each campaign, this role will complete an analysis on the effectiveness of the campaign with a focus on ROI.
  • Ensure timely and effective execution of marketing objectives and programs that provide strategic support to the organization's objectives and examine the effectiveness of these programs through the analysis of results.
  • Provide strategic oversight to ensure high quality marketing and brand management creation including but not limited to brand building, print publications, web, and social media platforms.

  • Manage a portfolio of clients' PR accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and providing strategic guidance to support their public relations and influencer marketing initiatives.
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs and objectives to deliver tailored PR solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts, journalists, and influencers, understanding their needs in order to facilitate earned coverage
  • Liaise with clients to coordinate press campaigns, creative projects, events and other PR solutions, ensuring alignment with their objectives and brand messaging.
  • Develop and lead innovative, strategic and creative ideas to clients, leveraging industry trends and insights to enhance brand awareness.
  • Brief clients on our strategic approach and provide regular updates on PR activities, analyzing coverage and delivering comprehensive reports.
  • Design and execute the development of impressive PR events in our clients key markets, including vendor outreach as well as budget & large scale activations management.
  • Stay abreast of current PR trends and tools, incorporating innovative strategies into client campaigns.
  • Spearhead both traditional PR and influencer driven projects, developing news angles, stories, and pitches to elevate client profiles.
  • Manage a high level of client interaction and mentor junior staff members to ensure the successful execution of PR initiatives.


Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or Graduate diploma in PR, communications or a related field.
  • 3+ years of previous experience in PR account management working in an agency setting.
  • Previous experience working with lifestyle brands including but not limited to the following industries: fashion, beauty, travel, tourism, design, food & beverage.
  • Established media list and strong media (traditional and digital) relations within the lifestyle, beauty, and fashion industries and proven ability to secure impactful media coverage.
  • Professional-level proficiency in French and English, or full bilingualism, is a fantastic bonus!
  • Skilled communicator and presenter, with a knack for crafting compelling stories and analyzing data to drive PR strategies.
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to juggle multiple accounts and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and adaptable, thriving on taking initiative while valuing feedback and maintaining open, transparent communication with the team.
  • Passionate about collaboration and team success, bringing a positive and solution-oriented approach to every project.
