We are seeking an experienced Financial Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide strategic financial guidance to help clients manage their finances, increase wealth, and achieve long-term financial goals. You will work with individuals, offering tailored financial advice, investment recommendations, and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor client activity by prioritizing and following up on assigned tasks within the CRM system.
- Manage the sales pipeline and oversee work in progress.
- Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems efficiently.
- Assist the Executive Assistant in preparing and maintaining meeting minutes and reports.
- Enter new product investment details into the CRM system as soon as products are approved, ensuring all required data fields are accurately completed.
- Support and initiate tasks during the client onboarding process, ensuring adherence to timelines and checklist requirements.
- Prepare financial plans for clients based on provided data, collaborating with Financial Planners to analyze scenarios and formulate recommendations, including drafting Planning Memos.
- Actively participate in team meetings to update members on plan progress, market trends, sales pipeline status, and budget achievements.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and Portfolio Managers, overseeing client introductions, onboarding, and ongoing communication.
- Extract and review client Investment Summary reports from CRM, cross-checking for accuracy and analyzing potential changes in client circumstances, updating the CRM as necessary.
- Analyze the financial positions of prospective clients, providing written comparative analyses aligned with model portfolios.
- Prepare and update Investment Policy Statements for existing clients.
- Gather financial and investment data on companies, stocks, bonds, and other assets through daily stock and bond reports, economic forecasts, trading volumes, financial publications, and company statements.
- Review and analyze collected financial and investment data, including company profiles, stock and bond prices, yields, trends, and other relevant information.
- Provide consulting and analytical support to clients, senior executives, pension fund managers, and securities professionals.
- Prepare analytical reports, industry and economic forecasts, briefing notes, and other documentation.

The SAP Functional Consultant is a key liaison between the Business Analyst and application development. The role is responsible for determining SAP design and configuration solutions that translate business needs into development requirements. This individual will be responsible for requirements planning and management, analyze and validate requirements for new or existing process, policies, and information systems. Understands business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities (minimum weighting = 10%)
Project Support (45%)
· Work with internal BA’s and project members to identify business issues, problems and/or enhancements and provide highly innovative and creative solutions that achieve quality and process improvements with available hardware, software, databases and peripherals.
· Work closely with the development team translating business requirements into development requirements
· Support unit testing teams in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results
· Adhere to existing processes/standards including the system development life cycle and project management methodology, architecture and escalate issues if necessary.
· Contribute to the development of project plans by participating in the scoping and estimating of proposed projects.
· Communicate project status and provide timely escalation of issues to the Project manager or Application manager.

Project Support (45%)

· Work closely with the development team translating business requirements into development requirements
· Support unit testing teams in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results

· Contribute to the development of project plans by participating in the scoping and estimating of proposed projects.
· Communicate project status and provide timely escalation of issues to the Project manager or Application manager.
