Acclivity partners with forward-thinking, tech-savvy companies transforming industries such as engineering, manufacturing, and technology. The team thrives at the intersection of creativity, strategy, and measurable impact.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind activating and scaling B2B social media programs for multiple clients. You’ll:

  • Manage 4–7 client accounts (corporate and executive) across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Threads, and other platforms.
  • Drive inbound and outbound engagement on LinkedIn (including Sales Navigator), Instagram DMs, and other channels — turning conversations into leads and opportunities.
  • Draft, schedule, and publish platform-native content that supports ABM and demand generation campaigns.
  • Select and boost high-performing organic content.
  • Sync social interactions into HubSpot and maintain clean, actionable CRM data.
  • Amplify reach by leveraging UGC, executive profiles, and partner content.
  • Monitor industry discussions, competitor activity, and prospect chatter to strategically position clients.
  • Support account-based marketing (ABM) plays through targeted social engagement.
  • Activate and promote client events (LinkedIn, webinars, virtual events).
  • Manage supporting platforms (e.g., G2, Capterra, Reddit, YouTube) to strengthen visibility and reputation.
  • Collaborate on short-form video content (Reels, Stories, Shorts) that drives engagement.
  • Encourage employee advocacy across executive and team networks.
  • Track competitor activity, audience sentiment, and industry conversations — delivering actionable insights.
  • Engage in niche online communities (Slack, LinkedIn groups, Discord, forums) to build awareness and influence.
  • Repurpose long-form content (webinars, podcasts, blogs) into snackable, platform-native assets.
  • Measure and optimize performance using KPIs like engagement, conversation rates, and lead generation.
  • Experiment with new features, platforms, and AI tools to keep clients ahead of the curve.

What You’ll Bring

  • 2–4 years of B2B Social Activation Specialist , preferably in an agency or ABM environment.
  • Expertise with LinkedIn (Sales Navigator, Events), Instagram, and other key platforms.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills that resonate with B2B buyers and executives.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience with HubSpot and CRM best practices.
  • Familiarity with G2, Capterra, Reddit, YouTube, and niche communities.
  • Understanding of short-form video trends and how to optimize for platform-specific performance.
  • Knowledge of boosted content strategies and employee advocacy programs.
  • Experience analyzing performance metrics and delivering actionable insights.
  • Comfortable working in project management tools like Asana (or similar).
  • Curiosity and adaptability — you stay ahead of emerging social trends and AI tools.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Flexibility & Autonomy: Work from anywhere in Canada with a schedule that fits your lifestyle.
  • Continuous Learning: Dedicated time and budget for professional development in social, ABM, and emerging tools.
  • Competitive Benefits: 100% employer-paid benefits.
  • Innovative Clients: Collaborate with companies at the cutting edge of tech, manufacturing, and engineering.
  • Supportive Team: Join a collaborative crew that celebrates wins, shares knowledge, and has fun doing great work.
