**A Day in the Life**
Enterprise Operations Insights (EOI) - Subject Matter Expert and Scrum Product Owner For Neuromodulation Marketing
This role partners with business stakeholders to understand and solve business problems.
Primarily they are responsible for building insights and analytics while providing subject matter expertise, technical knowledge, and analytic product ownership. They will create user workflows, analytics, and insights and bring them to life.
The role supports a new team (squad) within Enterprise Operations Insights (EOI) dedicated to the Neuromodulation operating unit within Medtronic. The mission of this role is to contribute to the building of INSIGHTS to drive best-in-class practices and tools supporting the Neuromodulation OU.
The role will also need to work hand in hand with other departments within Enterprise Operations Insights (EOI), including running daily scrum meetings with the Analytics Development Team and the Data Engineering Team to manage the creation and deployment of solutions that simplify our customers processes and generate insights that align with our customers goals. This role requires you to be the user of your tools and generate insights to share with the business.
This role needs to provide excellent customer service in a way that helps our stakeholders perform at their very best.

Responsibilities: 
+ Facilitate the ideation and creation of analytical solutions for various functions.
+ Capture requirements and suggest improvements for analytical processes.

Qualifications
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
+ Bachelor's degree required.
+ Requires a University Degree and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in Marketing Analytics, Finance Analytics, and Salesforce Analytics with past responsibilities as a Product Owner in a Scrum environment.
+ Ability to influence decisions and drive projects to completion.
Nice to Have
+ SQL and Snowflake data model experience
+ Visualization experience such as PowerBI
+ PowerApps and Power Automate experience.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
1. **Simulation Test Equipment Requirements Development:**
2. Develop requirements for open and closed hardware-in-the-loop real-time simulation test equipment ensuring traceability to system level requirements.
3. Develop test equipment V&V procedures.
4. **Simulation Test Equipment Design and Development:**
5. Develop high level designs for test systems including test stations and analog and digital circuits.
6. Create detailed electronic schematics and review layouts for circuit boards, selecting components and designing equipment test racks using a combination of COTS and custom equipment.
7. Develop conceptual models and engineering prototypes to test and evaluate the functionality of electronic circuits and test systems.
8. Create detailed designs for test stations including electrical design and basic mechanical design. Work with drafting group to document and review these designs.
9. Develop real-time control software for test stations using National Instruments LabVIEW and LabWindows/CVI.
10. Develop and present Test Equipment Preliminary and Critical Design presentations at Design Reviews to internal customers.
11. Coordinate manufacture of test equipment.

13. **Simulation Test Equipment Integration and Commissioning:**

**Product Group Support:**

**Electrical Skills:**

+ Understanding of IPC standards for boards and harnesses
