The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Marketing & Content Coordinator to support our marketing team with day-to-day execution. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s organized, creative, and ready to build hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels.

You’ll help us bring ideas to life through content creation, social media, events, and reporting while working closely with the Product Marketing Coordinator and reporting to the Marketing Lead.

What You’ll Do
  • Draft, edit, and publish content for social media (LinkedIn, X, and more)
  • Support blog post drafting and basic copywriting
  • Create visuals and short-form videos (Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)
  • Assist with scheduling posts and maintaining the content calendar
  • Track performance metrics and prepare weekly reports
  • Engage with the online community (comments, shares, replies)
  • Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters
  • Assist in event coordination (industry conferences, webinars, trade shows)
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on ad-hoc tasks and projects

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media
  • Very organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple deadlines, tracking tasks, and following structured workflows.
  • Willing to jump into new tools and platforms quickly (whether that’s HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, or event platforms).
