Key Responsibilities :
- Develop ad strategies tailored to client goals, selecting the best channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Display, TikTok, etc.).
- Set up campaign funnels, including building landing pages and integrating them with GoHighLevel CRM.
- Install tracking pixels and configure analytics for accurate performance tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data (leads, quality, engagement), and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Collaborate with the marketing, creative, design, and development teams to deliver projects seamlessly.
- Troubleshoot and fine-tune campaigns to ensure they meet client objectives.
- Stay updated on best practices across various industries such as restaurants, home services, and more.
Required Skills :
- Expertise in managing ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Display, and email drip campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills for tracking user behavior and campaign performance.
- Experience in setting up and using tools like Google Analytics, CRM integrations, and pixel tracking.
- Proven ability to create or direct high-conversion funnel materials.
- Strong team collaboration skills and project management abilities.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on troubleshooting and improving campaign effectiveness.
Preferred Experience :

The Digital Advertising Strategist is responsible for developing strategy and executing high-performing campaigns that drive business results. The incumbent will research, plan, implement, and report on paid advertising campaigns across a variety of platforms and tactics such as Google, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, LinkedIn, and more.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan, set up, manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to drive impactful business results
- Create detailed reports and briefs that clearly communicate campaign results and recommendations
- Support client communications and attend calls to communicate performance and recommendations
- Act as Quality Control on campaign set ups, execution and optimization while maintaining accountability for performance results and hitting expected KPI's
- Develop and test new ad copy, landing pages, and digital creatives with the help of a graphic designer
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure client expectations are met on time and on budget
- Effectively communicate with Paid Media Department Leaders on account performance and process improvement
- Stay in the know of latest trends for digital advertising and e-Commerce tactics, sharing with the greater team and applying new tactics to accounts
Knowledge, Education & Experience Required
- 4+ years of relevant experience working in Paid Advertising / Digital Marketing
- Demonstrative track record executing campaigns for results
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Facebook / Google
- Knowledge of SEM/PPC/CPM trends
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with frequent video conferences (daily)
- Proficiency in using attribution platforms and conversion tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and Google Analytics is an asset.

- Lead paid media strategy and execution across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, and LinkedIn - owning campaign planning, setup, optimization, and reporting
- Develop data-driven campaigns that align with client goals and KPIs, using research, audience targeting, and performance insights to drive measurable results

- Own media pacing and budget management, ensuring campaigns stay on track and aligned with planned spend and performance expectations
- Stay current on digital marketing trends and platform updates, sharing insights with the team and applying new tactics to push performance
- Mentor and support junior team members, reviewing work, providing feedback, and sharing best practices to strengthen department expertise
- Support business growth efforts, contributing to audits, proposals, and identifying opportunities for platform expansion or campaign scale within existing accounts
Knowledge, Education & Experience Required
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on paid campaign execution
- Successful completion of a post-secondary program in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Advertising, Web Development, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience
- Proven track record of developing and executing high-performing digital advertising strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and YouTube
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns in Facebook and Google Ads, including SEM, PPC, and CPM trends
- Comfortable presenting campaign metrics and performance insights, both internally and to clients
- Proficiency with attribution and tracking tools, such as Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and Google Analytics (certification is an asset)
- Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are preferred
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
