AECOM is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead a project in the energy sector for the design of a alternate nuclear energy Power Plant. This Senior Project Manager will direct a team that will be responsible for the design of the secondary side of a Power Plant facility.
The position is accountable to:
+ Facilitate the project proposal as per the AECOM proposal process to ensure that detailed schedules (WBS), costs, and proposal write-ups, including all qualification information, are produced as part of a finalized high quality, competitive proposal package to be submitted to the Client.
+ Upon receipt of an approved Purchase Order, manage the successful delivery of the project scope to the Purchase Order including the Ts & Cs and the specific Scope of Work documentation.
+ Develop and manage Project Plans in collaboration with the project team.
+ Ensure that staff are trained, competent and qualified to perform their project-related tasks.
+ Execute project deliverables in accordance with Project Plans, ensuring health & safety, quality, cost and schedule adherence.
+ Interface with the Client to ensure that all client goals are defined, understood and are achieved to the Client's satisfaction.
+ Effectively communicate with the Client and the ACNS Project Team on a routine and ongoing basis.
+ Through the AECOM Risk Management process, identify, mitigate and address risks as they arise, manage all mitigating actions to ensure that the project deliverables are met.
+ Ensure all AECOM Project Management requirements are met throughout the project associated with the AECOM Project management systems.
+ Ensure all Project Deliverables to be submitted to the Client have been completed following due process and meet the quality requirements as detailed within the Client SOW and the ACNS Project Plans.
+ Monitor and report to the Client and ACNS Management on all project aspects including schedule, cost, quality, Health & Safety, risk and issues on a routine basis.
+ Carry out effective Project Change Management throughout project execution.
+ Ensure that all Project Accruals and Invoices are produced and submitted to the Client monthly or as agreed within the Contract Ts & Cs.

**Qualifications**
The skills and knowledge to execute this role are usually acquired through 10+ years of experience in a Project and Nuclear Power Plant environment. The individual would possess good written and verbal skills and an ability to influence and interact with all Management Levels. Specifically, the individual would have:
+ Nuclear industry experience in Project Management acquired over a minimum of 10 years.
+ A 4-year University degree, with a Professional Engineer Designation is required.
+ Nuclear Power Plant experience in Engineering or Operations acquired over a minimum of 10 years
+ Good understanding of Project Management processes and procedures and the ability to apply them.
+ Good understanding of Nuclear QA (N286 and N299) processes and requirements.
+ PMP or other relevant PM qualifications or designation is required

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $170,000.00 - $40,000.00.

+ Create, harmonize and track compliance to various schedules required to manage the project;
+ Coordinate and track to ensure major Supplier/BA deliverables are available on scope and schedule;
+ Manage priorities, and the communication and harmonization of these priorities;
+ Support Engineering Release (Drawings, Modsums, Documents, Service Bulletins etc), tracking and compliance to associated schedules;
+ Coordinate multi-site activities as necessary;
+ Produce governance visibility for the Project status and risks;
+ Actively support the Operational Excellence (BOE) departmental objectives;
+ Represent the Engineering team at various inter-departmental meetings;
+ Create activity and resource plans to support flexibility strategies and reporting;
+ Develop, improve and automate reporting and visibility tools;
+ Provide accurate status and data for efficient decision making;
+ Manage budget for ongoing projects within the extended team.
**How to thrive in this role?**
+ You have a Bachelor Engineering degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' experience in aerospace;
+ You are educated and experienced in project management (A PMP certification is considered an asset)
+ You have knowledge in basic IT tool development (Excel/VBA, Access) to support analysis and compiling of data.
+ You have sound aircraft Engineering and/or Operations experience (asset);
+ You demonstrate a professional attitude and superior communication skills (essential);
+ You have excellent organizational, time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities;
+ You have a pro-active attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities;
+ You have a strategic mind and an attention to details, supporting your interest for taking over responsibilities;
+ You are self-motivated, autonomous and enthusiastic;
+ You demonstrate ability to work willingly and independently in a fast paced, challenging environment;
+ You have effective problem-solving skills with ability to make good decisions to move projects along to meet or exceed the targets;
+ You have good computing skills; proficient in MS Office and experience with MS Access/Project is an asset.

We are seeking a dedicated Project Management Office (PMO) Manager to join the Operations team. You will play a crucial role in delivering customer satisfaction through the professional and effective execution of projects for our automated robotic platforms globally. This position involves collaboration across various functions, including applications, sales, engineering, software application, procurement, and installation teams, to develop, continuously improve, and ensure compliance with PMO processes. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the advancement of medicine research through automation.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Leadership and Management: lead and manage the PMO team, providing direction, support, and development opportunities to ensure dedication and professional growth.
+ Project Oversight: lead all aspects of the planning, execution, and completion of the project portfolio, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
+ Customer Satisfaction: ensure customer satisfaction by delivering projects that meet or exceed customer expectations. Act as a point of contact for key clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
+ Process Improvement: continuously improve PMO processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement lessons learned and ensure compliance with industry standards.
+ Resource Allocation: manage resource allocation and workload distribution among project managers to optimize productivity and project outcomes. Manage key/strategic projects as required by the business.
+ Financial Management: monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to senior leadership. Identify and mitigate financial risks.
+ Communication: facilitate effective communication between project teams, customers, and senior management. Ensure all parties are informed of project status, risks, and issues.
+ Training and Development: provide training and mentorship to project managers and coordinators, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
+ Quality Assurance: conduct regular project audits to ensure compliance with PMO processes and quality management systems. Implement corrective actions as needed.
**Required Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related science field.
+ 8 years' demonstrated ability in managing projects in a manufacturing environment
+ 2 years' supervisory experience is preferred
+ PMP/PgMP® certification from the Project Management Institute
**Knowledge & Skills:**
+ Proven ability to manage complex projects in a structured PMO environment.
+ High proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
+ Strong financial competency with experience in budget management and cost tracking.
+ Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
+ Superior communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present to senior leadership.
+ Technical proficiency in mechanical and electrical systems.
+ Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Navision).
**Other Requirements:**
+ Ability to travel up to 15% of the time internationally as business requires.
