+ 5 + years competency of agile fundamentals such as lean-agile values, principles, and practices. As well, their optimal application and outcomes desired.
+ Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, or other Agile Certification required.
+ Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred Skills:
+ Multiple framework and competency certifications. (Scrum, Scale, LPM/PO, Coach, etc)
+ Demonstrable leadership skills of communication and influence. Those attributes of championing, uniting, bonding, achieving, guiding, and exciting.
+ Ability to facilitate and lead meetings to desired outcomes for the purpose.
+ Ability to lead, train, and provide feedback to other colleagues in various roles, as well as leaders.
+ Organizational, good time management, balanced attention to help optimize a valued outcome across varying priorities.
+ Expert experience with one or more common agile application lifecycle management (ALM) tools. (Jira, Jira Align, Azure Dev Ops (TFS) VersionOne, Rally, etc.). More is better.
+ SAFe Program Consultant (SPC6) Certification (another or more enterprise Agile certifications is helpful.)
