Role Summary
We are urgently seeking a hands-on Agile/Scrum professional to lead the deployment of Agile practices across our delivery teams. This is a deployment-focused role (not training-centric) requiring strong execution skills and direct engagement with teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews
- Partner with product owners and team members to manage and prioritize the backlog
- Identify and resolve impediments to ensure smooth sprint execution
- Support deployment activities, ensuring adherence to Agile best practices
- Create and maintain clear, up-to-date documentation
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Agile Scrum environments
- Demonstrated success in Agile project deployments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) preferred

Education and Experience
- Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in project management preferably for large engineering, design, and construction projects

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or sciences, master's degree is considered an asset.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Professional Engineer (PE) is preferred.
