**Agriculture Services** is seeking individuals interested in developing a career as an Associate within the agricultural business. In this unique position, you will partner with an experienced and knowledgeable Account Manager.
You will be provided with a coach and guidance as you take part in an intensive training and development program within our Agriculture Services, Business Banking.
Job Requirements:
+ Must be graduated between May 2024 and June 2026 with an undergraduate degree in Agricultural Sciences/Agriculture business or in another discipline that's combined with experience or knowledge of the agriculture business.
+ You demonstrate interest and ability in selling to and negotiating with agricultural clients.
+ You are also a motivated achiever with good analytical skills and very strong interpersonal skills and can work well independently in addition to being a strong team player.
+ You're a well-rounded person who works well independently and as part of a team.
+ You have a strong desire to learn, grow and succeed.
Where you're going:
Your first 6-8 months will include on-site coaching in one of our commercial units, as well as a structured training program before moving up to become an Account Manager or Credit Analyst on a team with a Relationship Manager. Your future career path in TD Ag.
Banking can include a variety of challenging roles in sales, relationship management, and risk management.
