The Analyst – Managed Security Services provides first-level technical client support and upholds defined service level agreements (SLA) and customer service excellence for one or more of three particular disciplines: Network Security, Information Security, and/or Endpoint Security. What we expect of you:
• Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or 3-year diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, or a Technology related field, OR

• Beginner level certification in a Managed Security Services discipline is a plus, including but not limited to:
o Check Point: CCSA, Cisco; CCNA-Security (ASA-Firepower / FTD); Palo Alto: PCNSE (Prisma SASE/SD-WAN), Fortinet: FCP (previous NSE 4)
• Call handling/ticket experience is a plus

What we expect of you:

As a recognized technical authority, you will define cybersecurity strategy across hardware, embedded systems, and software-defined platforms in modern electric grids-spanning protection, control, and energy management technologies.
You will embed Security by Design and Cyber-Informed Engineering (CIE) principles throughout the product lifecycle, operating at the intersection of operational technology (OT) and information technology (IT). **Job Description**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Act as the cybersecurity design authority for T&D products, defining end-to-end architectures across hardware, firmware, and cloud-connected systems, advising on secure protocols, cryptography, authentication, and network hardening.
+ Translate and implement global regulatory standards (IEC 62443, IEC 61850, IEC 62351, NERC CIP) into product requirements, and lead technical strategy planning, architecture reviews, and security certification efforts.

**Required Qualifications:**

ROLE: Systems Security Practitioner
The successful candidates must possess demonstrated experience in the following areas:
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of applicable IT experience
- Exposure to security/compliance framework (NIST)
- Diploma or Degree
- Able to pass criminal record, financial and risk assessment checks
Skills Requirements:
- Knowledge of Windows, Linux, Workstation platforms (Windows); Active Directory; Patching tools (SCCM, BigFix, and others); Familiar with the basic Security Event and Incident Management (SEIM) and security methodologies.
- Familiarity with audits, compliance investigations, and internal controls evaluations.
- Knowledge of VMWare, storage technologies, AD, DHCP, DNS, VPN, SANS security guidance.
- Experience with security tools such as Carbon Black and threat detection tools such as Q-radar.
- responsible for enterprise systems cyber security and regulatory compliance functions across the domain.
- This role will be responsible for supporting administrative and engineering functions of the SCADA platform.
- In conjunction with other members of the team, you will be responsible for threat detection and incident response.
- Experience in working in highly secured, regulatory environments is desirable.
- Experience researching and resolving threats, using Red Canary and Gradar.
- Experience withcyber research, building policies and doing training and remediation with staff.
- Potentially also operating custom alerting and monitoring.

We are seeking a skilled IT Security Specialist to set up and configure a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system preferable with Elastic Stack. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring robust security monitoring and incident response capabilities within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- SIEM Setup and Configuration:
Deploy and configure the SIEM system to collect, analyze, and store security event data from various sources (e.g., network devices, servers, applications).
Integrate the SIEM with existing IT infrastructure to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Rule Creation and Management:
Develop and implement SIEM rules and use cases to detect security threats, anomalies, and compliance violations.
Regularly review and fine-tune rules to minimize false positives and ensure accurate threat detection.
- Monitoring and Incident Response:
Set up dashboards and alerts to provide real-time monitoring of security events.
Collaborate with the security team to investigate and respond to security incidents identified by the SIEM.
- Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain documentation for SIEM configuration, rules, and incident response procedures.
Generate reports to provide insights into security posture and compliance status.
- Onboarding and Offboarding:
Secure and onboarding for new hires and offboarding for departing employees, which involves setting up user accounts, provisioning and deactivating access to systems, and providing technical support during transitions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in deploying and managing SIEM solutions (e.g., Elastic Stack ***, Splunk, IBM QRadar, Azure Sentinel)
- Strong understanding of security event data, threat detection, and incident response.
- Ability to create and optimize SIEM rules for effective security monitoring.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
