The Security Specialist – Automation Engineering provides second-level technical support and engineering expertise in SOAR platforms and automation tooling. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer with a strong foundation in scripting, system administration, and security operations. The Specialist will contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of automation workflows and security orchestration.
What you will do:
- Deliver and support SOAR engineering solutions using Python and Git/SCM
- Administer Linux systems and develop Bash scripts for automation
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated incidents related to automation pipelines and security tooling
- Collaborate with SOC/NOC teams to integrate automation into operational workflows
- Participate in the development of SOPs and technical documentation

The Manager is accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality services per the Statements of Work (SOW). The Manager is focused on enabling their team through strong leadership, mentoring and active coaching to develop skills. What you will do:
- Designs and implements operational reporting to ensure the successful delivery of the managed services
- Assists in the development of departmental KPIs and objectives
- Accountable for the KPI targets and objectives being delivered for your team.
- Identifies and executes on process improvement initiatives, improving the Service Delivery model, gaining more efficiency while adding additional value

- Embodies Trusted Advisor principles, including building trust and influencing loyalty with the client and mentoring their coworkers.
- Works collaboratively with the Supervisor, and directly with their team, in our coaching program, providing consistent and constructive feedback to their team as a coach, in alignment with our Trusted Advisor program, identifying performance opportunities and risk by uncovering and recognizing patterns in our service delivery impacting the client experience.
- Performs quality assessment (QA) of the teams work as part of regular coaching to ensure outputs are aligned with objectives and KPIs
- Actively recognizes team members for developing client loyalty and coaching peer coworkers.
- Support the launch of new service offerings
- Identifies and implements solutions for business process deficiencies, service performance issues, team utilization and SOW alignment.

What we expect of you:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or 3-year diploma in Engineering, Computer Science, or a Technology related field and 7 years of security experience in a client-focused environment, and/or working in security operations center, and at least 2 years of experience leading projects and initiatives with a significant and material focus on cybersecurity that improved and transformed the business, OR

Job Summary
The Sr. Consultant performs ongoing client support for highly complex technical performance issues and ensures adherence to service level agreements and customer service excellence. Recommends process enhancements and drives efficiency by reducing average troubleshooting time, repetitive issues and problem service tickets. The Sr. Consultant has specialized in at least one of three particular disciplines: Network Security, Information Security, and/or Endpoint Security; and brings an established repository of technical expertise to act as a Subject Matter Expert. The Sr. Consultant leads process improvements, creates efficiencies and opportunities for improved workflow and automation. In addition, the Sr. Consultant is required to build and manage client relationships as a Trusted Partner, making meaningful contributions to expand the relationship and build loyalty.

Job Summary
The Sr. Analyst provides second-level technical client support such as: cyber security analysis of detected anomalies; deep analysis of the operating system; dealing with system crashes and bug fixes; handling troubleshooting; packets captures; configurations; restoring from back up; repair for appliances, networks, and infrastructure, and other system issues for one or more of three particular disciplines: Network Security, Information Security, and/or Endpoint Security; and brings an established repository of technical expertise to act as a Subject Matter Expert.
