About the Role

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team and drive new customer acquisition through full-cycle outbound sales . This is a key role for someone who thrives on prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and owning the early sales journey from first touch to qualified opportunity.

What You'll Do

  • Own the top-of-funnel outbound pipeline : identify, research, and engage new prospects across manufacturing verticals (steel, wood, glass, food & beverage, etc.)
  • Execute personalized outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events to drive qualified meetings
  • Develop a deep understanding of Maneva’s platform and articulate the value proposition to different buyer personas (operations, IT, safety, quality, and engineering leads)

    • Integrate MLOps and LLMOps best practices, including model monitoring, retraining, and automated deployments.
    • Support AI use cases including:
      • Natural language interfaces (chatbots, question-answering)
      • Document understanding (OCR/IDP)
      • Search and summarization
      • Enterprise automation using LLM agents
    • Design scalable data and feature pipelines to support ML/AI workloads using tools like Glue, Step Functions, and S3.

    Technical Thought Leadership

    • Stay current on foundational models, vector search advancements, and GenAI frameworks.
    • Evaluate and prototype new tools (e.g., OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude, Mistral, etc.) for enterprise use.
    • Contribute to internal playbooks and reusable templates to accelerate AI adoption across projects.
    • Promote responsible AI practices including data governance, privacy, transparency, and fairness.

    Required Qualifications

    Technical:

    • 5+ years of experience in designing and delivering AI/ML solutions in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
    • Deep hands-on experience with:
      • AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, Step Functions, Lambda
      • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines
      • Vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate

    As Head of AI Engineering, you will join the tech-management team as the leader for AI development initiatives, shaping and executing our AI strategy. Youll guide teams in building AI applications that reason, adapt, and drive real impact.     Responsibilities.

    Technical Leadership & AI Strategy

    • Architect state-of-the-art AI applications leveraging advanced prompting techniques, agentic frameworks, structured/unstructured data access, AI analytics, ML training and fine-tuning, and tool interactions.
    • Provide deep expertise in Machine Learning (ML), Large Language Models (LLMs), Graph Neural Networks (GNNs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and multi-modal AI (text, vision, structured data).

    Purpose of Position

    The AI Product Development Assistant is a member of our RISE Next Generation AI team. The goal of this game changing initiative is to develop and implement our next-generation LDS RISE platform that effectively incorporates innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence and advanced information systems to materially enhance our student experience and outcomes, our instructor teaching effectiveness and capacity, our organization efficiencies, and LDS scaling to support significantly more learners.

    The AI Product Development Assistant provides support in the assessment, design, development, testing implementation and management of new AI-based tools used by our team and the learners and families we serve.

    Principal Roles and Responsibilities

    • Assist with project planning and coordination for the NextGen program (e.g., task tracking, meeting notes, timelines).
    • Assist with the development and testing of LLM-based agent workflows (e.g., data classification, matching algorithms)
    • Support structured data imports, database queries, and organizing data for use in our tools
    • Collect and synthesize feedback from team members and stakeholders to inform iterative development.
    • Draft and refine user-facing documentation and internal process notes, including schemes, API integrations, and sync logic
    • Perform quality assurance testing on frontend/backend features.
    • Support structured data pipeline tasks (e.g., cleaning, mapping, validating imported data)
    • Contribute to research and prototyping of AI/EdTech tools relevant to our roadmapp
    • Support the team with general events and outreach as required.
