Insight Global is looking for a People Analytics Consultant to join one of North America's largest athleisure wear companies. This person will be responsible for partnering with different teams to help them understand the impact of their work through metrics and story telling. They will collaborate with stakeholders and leaders to understand key business priorities and challenges to design the right actionable people metrics and insights. This person will consult on the build and delivery of analytical and BI solutions, such as scorecards and dashboards, including guides and other supportive materials. They will also present data findings and insights across all levels of leadership and stakeholders to facilitate discussion. The remainder of their role will be working with their team to move forward for standardization of guidelines, peer reviewed materials, and to speed up data governance. This person will have excellent communication and thrive in a team environment

3-4 years experience in data analytics and consulting
Strong experience working with and analyzing people data and HR data
In-depth understanding of data governance
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Power BI) and SQL (not as important), R basics
