What is the Opportunity?

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Learning Systems, the Director, Business Intelligence & Analytics is the "go-to expert" for efforts that will inform and lead data-driven metrics, analysis, visualizations, and storytelling. As a partner to business development operations and marketing teams, this role is responsible for aligning and transforming data into clear actionable visual insights to support business decisions necessary to lead short- and long-term objectives, strategies, tactics, and business outcomes.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Champion Data-Driven Decision-Making

  • Promote the strategic use of data as a key business enabler, identifying and unlocking opportunities to optimize revenue growth, market entry, pricing, and profitability across the organization.

Inform Organizational and Divisional Strategic Direction with Data Insights

  • Deliver digestible, high-impact insights to C-level executives and senior leaders across Business Development, Marketing, Academic Office and Operations.
  • Provide analytics that support evaluation of new and existing products, revenue initiatives, customer segments and acquisition opportunities.
  • Build and maintain pricing elasticity models and price optimization algorithms using advanced statistical techniques.
  • Design promotion optimization models (e.g., uplift/response) to enhance targeted marketing and segment offers.
  • Lead experimentation strategies (A/B testing, geo lift studies) to measure the causal impact of pricing and promotional initiatives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools that provide actionable insights and performance visibility to drive sales growth, strategic and tactical decisions.
  • Build self-service analytics capabilities for internal stakeholders to monitor performance and identify areas for growth to ensure analytics projects meet business needs

Advance Customer and Loyalty Insights

  • Design, deliver, and analyze dashboards and surveys for internal business partners to assess health and impact of business, marketing and promotion efforts.
  • Provide analytics to support the effectiveness and evolution of revenue and customer acquisition and recognition initiatives.
  • Creating dashboards and reports for various stakeholders.
  • Conducting in-depth analyses of sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Providing actionable recommendations based on data insights.

Collaborate Cross-Functionally

  • Work with business development, marketing, product, and data engineering teams to integrate analytical models into business workflows and decision systems.
  • Partner with business operations and marketing teams to improve data collection, analysis frameworks, and traffic generation strategies aligned with revenue growth.

Enable Scalable Data Solutions

  • Build robust, scalable data solutions that improve access to analytics and support growth-focused decision-making.
  • Improve existing processes and implement new systems to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data analysis.
  • In collaboration with leadership, assess growth opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations to position the organization for sustainable success.
  • Identify and mitigate risks through quantitative analysis and forecasting.

Act as Analytics SME

  • Advise internal teams on optimal methodologies, tools, and analytical approaches to address key business questions.
  • Stay current with industry trends and innovations to ensure best practices are applied.

Perform Other Duties as Required

  • Participate in management meetings and contribute strategic insights as needed.
Job Requirements What We're Looking For
  • 6 - 8 years of progressive experience with business intelligence, data warehouse technical architectures, data modeling and reporting/analytic tools and forecasting.
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Economics or Statistics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Computer Science,
  • Demonstrated experience with qualitative data science/business intelligence with significant business impact.
  • Experience with BI reporting tools and forecasting.
  • Knowledge of reporting tools/dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, Google Analytics, Google Tag manager, Tibco, etc.).
  • Advanced knowledge in with database and queries (i.e.: SQL, Python, R, etc.).
  • Strong technical background in analytics, applied data science, and reporting across areas such as marketing attribution, experimentation, optimization techniques, data engineering & architecture, statistics, financial modeling and behavioral analytics.
  • Extensive experience in measuring online and offline marketing and sales strategies using various methodologies such as incrementality, attribution and cross-channel interaction.
  • Strong understanding on how the data should be captured, stored and structured in a data warehousing environment.

Salary Range

Who We're Looking For 

Marketbridge is seeking a Director, Performance Analytics to shape how marketing performance is defined, measured, and optimized across integrated, multi-channel B2B marketing programs. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives on translating complex business objectives into clear KPIs and actionable insights. 

As a critical bridge between Demand Strategy, Media, Marketing Data Strategy, and Client teams, you will establish performance reporting standards, guide optimization strategies, and ensure consistent reporting narratives.   • Inform campaign planning by shaping tracking requirements and UTM/naming strategies. 

  • Lead interpretation of campaign performance data, identifying patterns, trends, and insights to guide optimization. 

  • Develop and deliver compelling performance narratives, including executive summaries and recommendations. 

  • Partner with Demand Strategy and Media teams to influence tactics based on performance insights. 

  • Represent the voice of Performance Analytics in client conversations, campaign planning, and retrospectives. 

  • Manage team assignments by aligning Performance Analytic talent to project and client needs. 

  • Collaborate with Marketing Data Strategy on development of dashboards and reporting structures to ensure alignment with use cases. 


Qualifications 

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, analytics, or performance measurement, ideally within an agency or B2B environment. 

  • Proven expertise in multi-channel marketing performance management (demand generation, ABM, paid media, etc.). 

  • Strong knowledge of measurement frameworks, KPI development, and campaign optimization. 

  • Strong knowledge of common KPIs used to measure marketing channels such as paid search, paid social, display/retargeting, website etc. 

  • Experience reviewing reports and/or extracting and assessing data from platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, 6Sense, Demandbase, HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce is a plus 

  • Working knowledge of Excel, Python and SQL an asset 

  • Experience partnering with technical teams on data validation, tracking, and reporting infrastructure. 

  • Skilled at interpreting data, identifying insights, and translating them into strategic recommendations. 

  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for senior executives. 

  • Experience managing teams, balancing project assignments, and fostering talent development.

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Director, Collections Strategy & Analytics at our LendCare subsidiary! You will help drive strategic insights and optimize performance across LendCare’s collections portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical horsepower with business acumen and thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What will you be doing?

  • Developing and implementing strategies for debt recovery and improving the collections process.
  • Identifying emerging issues, trends, and best practices in the collections field.
  • Analyzing collections performance and providing reports to operational delivery teams
  • Implementing workforce management solutions to align resources with peak demand and improve productivity.
  • Collaborating with Operational teams to set the strategic vision for collections across the organization, aligning initiatives with broader business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Overseeing resource allocation, scheduling, and workforce management practices.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative collections strategies that improve recovery rates, reduce delinquencies, and enhance profitability.
  • Overseeing portfolio performance analytics, delivering executive-level insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Championing experimentation and innovation, including the design of advanced champion/challenger frameworks and predictive modeling to optimize treatment paths.
  • Establishing enterprise-wide reporting standards and governance frameworks to ensure consistent tracking and measurement of collections activities.
  • Partnering with senior leaders in Risk, Operations, Technology, and Product to drive strategic initiatives and influence decision-making.
  • Driving the evolution of collections infrastructure, identifying opportunities to leverage AI, machine learning, and automation for enhanced efficiency.
  • Developing and refining hardship and loan modification programs, using segmentation and behavioral analytics to inform policy and execution.
  • Mentoring and developing a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of curiosity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What experience do you have?

  • Bringing 8-10+ years of progressive experience in credit risk, collections strategy, or portfolio analytics, with a strong track record of leadership in consumer lending or financial services.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic insights, influencing senior stakeholders and driving business outcomes.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional initiatives, managing change, and navigating ambiguity in high-growth environments.
  • A strategic thinker with exceptional communication skills, a bias for action, and a passion for innovation and impact.

This role requires on-site attendance at our LendCare office: 1315 Pickering Parkway, Pickering, ON

To further our mission, we are on the lookout for an exceptionally skilled Business Intelligence and Data Analytics Consultant to join our elite team of professionals.


Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and address client challenges, and apply innovative solutions for business process improvements.

- Design, implement, and deploy analytics solutions leveraging tools and languages such as Power BI, SQL, VBA, Python, DAX, and Power Query.

- Conduct in-depth data analyses and forecasting to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform decision-making at multiple levels.

- Develop interactive dashboards for a range of business functions, delivering actionable insights to key stakeholders.

- Lead efforts in problem-solving, investigation, and analyses, providing informed recommendations to clients.

- Create and maintain thorough, timely documentation related to software and analytics tasks.

- Deliver training on data interpretation and analytical techniques to internal and external stakeholders.


Qualifications and Experience

- A minimum of 5 years' experience in the realms of data analytics, automation, and business intelligence.

- Proficiency in a broad range of data analytics tools such as Excel, Python, Power BI, HANA, and SSMS.

- High level of competency in SQL, VBA, Power Query, DAX, Python

- Experience with ERP systems like SAP, Vista Viewpoint, and QAD is a strong plus.

- Strong attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a proven track record in a consulting environment.

- Ability to demonstrate skills highly preferred.

- Eligible to work in Canada.
