• Fournir un état d’avancement des livrables qui lui sont confiés, selon les délais convenus avec la DGTI, au chef de projet;

• Préparer les documents nécessaires aux différentes rencontres;

• Participer aux rencontres de suivi d’équipe ou de projets ains qu’aux comités directeurs sur invitation.

Biens livrables à produire

• Fonctionnalités applicatives;

• Modules PL/SQL;

• Livrables de projet, plan des essais, compte-rendu des essais, (programmes, écrans, rapports, interfaces, pages de code développées, etc.);

• Guides et normes de développement Apex;

Requirements

• Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales (DEC) ou l’équivalent en technologies de l’information ou dans un domaine connexe;

• Posséder un minimum d’une année d’expérience en Apex.

Compétences représentant un atout

• Connaissance du langage HTML, Javascript et CSS;

• Avoir participé à au moins un projet de développement de système d’information en mode Agile;

• Avoir réalisé un mandat d’au moins 6 mois dans une organisation gouvernementale ou paragouvernementale.

• Développer des systèmes en Apex et en PL/SQL

• Configurer des rapports avec Oracle BI Publisher

PROFIL

• 8+ années d’expérience en tant que Développeur

• 5+ années d’expérience spécialisée en développement d’applications Oracle Apex et PL/SQL

• Bonne connaissance de JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, XML et Web Services

• BAC en informatique ou l’équivalent

The SA will primarily define the solution architecture for specific projects but will also work with the business leaders to build a roadmap and alignment of solutions. As part of his/her role, the SA will review and understand business requirements for a project in order to design a technology solution that will meet those requirements while respecting the guiding principles of the Enterprise Architecture within the actual BRP context. 

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Provide an architectural conception of the solution regarding business, application, information and technology domains via the solution architecture design document.
• Develop and implement infrastructure solutions to meet client needs. This involves assessing client requirements, selecting appropriate infrastructures and network services and designing scalable and secure architecture.
• Provide expertise in migrating existing applications and infrastructure to the cloud. This includes performing cloud readiness assessments, planning migration strategies, and ensuring a seamless transition with minimal downtime.
• Ensure infrastructure solutions adhere to industry standards and compliance requirements. This involves implementing security protocols, managing data encryption, and configuring cloud security services.
• Partner with the organization to understand organizational and departmental strategy and agree on information systems solutions to meet the needs. 
• Estimate cost, and prepare business cases for IT solutions, considering infrastructure, licences, development and support.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related study, or equivalent project-related experience.
• Minimum of ten years of experience in IT, with at least five years in information system design.
• In-depth experience designing and implementing information solutions, with specialization in IT infrastructure (Server architecture (Windows and Linux), VDI, Virtualization, Networking projects).
• Strong Knowledge of enterprise networking, cyber security, identity management systems, Backup and Recovery, Monitoring tools, IaC.
• In-depth experience with Microsoft technologies (Azure, Sharepoint, OneDrive, M365 etc.)
• Knowledge of public Cloud technologies (IaaS, CaaS, SaaS, PaaS) running on Azure, GCP and AWS.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Experience in a factory IT environment.
• Strategic business acumen and understanding of organization strategy and ability to design information systems to deliver that strategy.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to lay audiences. Some experience of working with board-level stakeholders. 
• Team player with experience leading and collaborating cross-team to ensure successful delivery of solutions. 
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills - demonstrating outside-the-box problem-solving skills and ability to develop solution architecture designs.

RQ08837 - Senior Software Developer CRM (IBM BPM/ Apex Coaches/ AngularJS/ Java)

Toronto, Ontario

Hybrid work: 2 days in the office at 40 St. Claire Avenue West, Toronto. and 3 days remote from home office within Ontario.

Contract, 9 months with possibility of extension

Must haves:

• 5+ years of development experience using IBM BPM and Apex Coaches
• Experience or knowledge of IBM Business Automation Workflow
• Experience with integrating AngularJS and IBM BPM
• Experience with interfacing with relational databases utilizing Java
• Experience with performing integration between IBM BPM and web services in an enterprise service business architecture
• Experience with triaging, troubleshooting and resolving incidents within a production environment
• Experience with Oracle Designer 10g and 11g
• IBM AppScan Rational Quality Manager Rational Performance Tester
• Public Sector experience, SOA-based Public Sector modernization initiatives would be an asset
• AODA experience
