We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technical Architectural Designer  to join our Store Planning team. In this role, you will play a key part in preparing technical drawings and interior layout details for our retail stores, ensuring compliance with design standards, landlord requirements, and local building regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed technical drawings for retail store interiors using AutoCAD.
• Implement pre-approved design concepts into assigned interior spaces (non-load-bearing construction).
• Apply and ensure compliance with landlord design criteria and Level of Detail (LOD) requirements.
• Produce drawings required for building permit applications.
• Perform material take-offs and calculate required quantities.
• Prepare documentation for fixture and equipment procurement.
• Ensure construction drawings accurately reflect brand book guidelines and design team directives, and that final IFC, IFT, and IFP drawing sets are consistent and ready for the project management team.

Position Summary: Elite Developments seeks an experienced Development Manager, Architecture, to lead planning applications for residential and commercial projects. This role focuses on ensuring a successful approval process and project delivery. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning and monitoring of our projects in the development stage from pre-consultation until the building permit is obtained.

Sous la supervision immédiate du directeur de l’ingénierie, le technicien en architecture aura la responsabilité de contribuer à la conception architecturale des assemblages modulaire et à la coordination des projets de préfabrication en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe d’ingénierie et de production. Il s’assure de la faisabilité et de la précision des plans et des dessins techniques tout en respectant le code du bâtiment, les normes architecturales et les exigences spécifiques de nos clients.
Le rôle de notre technicien en architecture:

• Élaborer des dessins techniques et les plans de l’enveloppe des modules préfabriqués pour des modules résidentiels, commerciaux ou industriels.
• Modifier et ajuster les plans selon les besoins des clients, les codes et normes et/ou les contraintes de production.
• Utiliser des logiciels de conception assistée par ordinateur (CAO) comme AutoCAD et/ou Revit.
• Travailler avec le département d’ingénierie et de production pour assurer la faisabilité des designs.
• Participer aux rencontres de coordination avec les clients et les parties prenantes pour comprendre leurs besoins et attentes.
• S’assurer que les modules respectent les spécifications techniques et les standards architecturaux.
• Soutenir l’équipe de production en répondant aux questions techniques et en proposant des solutions en cas de problème.
• Préparer les fiches techniques, documents et rapports nécessaires au suivi des projets.
• S’assurer que tous les dessins et designs sont conformes aux réglementations en vigueur.
• Être à l’affut des nouvelles technologies, des nouveaux produits dans l’industrie;
• Participer aux choix de produits avec l’équipe d’ingénierie et de production;
• Toutes autres tâches connexes.

• Diplôme d’études collégiales technologie de l’architecture ou domaine connexe.
• Expérience minimale de 5 années en conception architecturale ou en surveillance de travaux dans le domaine de la construction;
• Une expérience en préfabrication serait un atout;
• Maîtrise des logiciels CAO (AutoCAD, Revit)
• Connaissance des codes du bâtiment et des normes architecturales au Québec
• Excellentes compétences en communication et en travail d’équipe.
• Souci du détail et capacité à résoudre des problèmes techniques.
