As a Mobile Area Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for assisting residents by providing information and services as needed. This role requires someone that is self-motivated, outgoing, detail-oriented and has great communication skills while having excellent organizational skills.
Shift Schedule: Week 1 - Monday , Tuesday , Friday (7pm-7am) Week 2- Wednesday , Thursday , Saturday and Sunday (7pm-7am)
Site Location: All around GTA, ON
Compensation: $20/ hour
Your Responsibilities :

- Identifies and clarifies residents’ needs and desires, answers questions, gives directions and instructions.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and act quickly.
- Manages and screens messages.
- Schedules access for authorized vendors to provide services within units.
- Maintains guest privacy and organization reputation by keeping information confidential.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, maintaining 2 personal networks.
- Enhances department and organizational reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Ensures all safety and access control procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
- Provide protection to the clients, residents and property of the buildings we are contracted to provide services. Provide assistance/ support by answering customer inquiries and direct as required.
- Observe floors and stairways ensuring that they are clear of debris, obstructions and fire hazards and that access doors to sensitive/priority areas are locked. Be alert to deficiencies in the physical building which could cause injury or loss of client’s assets.
- Enforce client’s rules, regulations, Municipal, Ontario and Canadian Laws and assist Police and Medical Staff when required.
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to Clients, Customers, Contractors and Visitors to client’s property.
- Perform routine property patrols of all levels of building, parking areas and perimeter and respond to and Emergencies and Fire Alarms.
- Follow up with daily documentation, daily occurrence log, incident reports and front desk software as required.
- Follow all On-site Procedures: Employee Handbook Policies and Procedures, Training Checklist, Standing Orders or Standard Operation Procedures, Client Policies and FirstService Residential Policies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must possess a valid Ontario Security License
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Completion of College level courses with concentration in Business/Hospitality or Police/Security Foundations would be an asset.

Job Description
We have an immediate opportunity for an Operations Supervisor with our Prince George, British Columbia team!
As a member of our management team you will have the opportunity to:
+ Oversee various lines of business, making use of your leadership skills to ensure productivity and efficiency standards are met
+ Work closely with other members of branch management to develop strong relationships with all employees to promote engagement and well being
+ Ensure proper operating and security standards are met
+ Promote and ensure a physically and mentally safe working environment through the enforcement of all Health and Safety policies
+ Support various operational activities including fleet maintenance, reporting
+ Participate in process improvement initiatives
+ Salary range: $68,500 - $75,000

+ Sound working knowledge of PC applications
+ Able to manage conflicts, and make accurate logical decisions

+ Work effectively alone or in team scenarios
+ Must have valid PAL/RPAL (Possession and Acquisition License, Restricted and Non-Restricted)

**General Description:**
As an Operations Supervisor, you will play a critical leadership role within our Collections business unit, overseeing daily operations and ensuring the safe and efficient performance of our drivers. Your responsibilities will include conducting driver observations, leading monthly safety meetings, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
You will be responsible for ensuring that safety, compliance, customer service, growth, sales, and financial targets are consistently met. Strong leadership, ethical decision-making, and professionalism are essential to success in this role.
**As an Operations Supervisor with us, the minimum responsibilities are:**
**Operating Hours: Monday-Friday from 3AM to 12:30PM**
+ Oversee the daily operations of multiple collection routes.
+ Review daily route sheets to assess financial (P&L) and operational performance.
+ Ensure drivers complete daily safety and maintenance inspections for all company vehicles and equipment.
+ Collaborate with dispatchers to ensure timely deliveries, exchanges, and equipment repairs.
+ Plan and monitor employee schedules and route assignments, maintaining communication throughout the day until all routes are completed.
+ Participate in the recruitment process, including interviewing, selecting, and training new employees.
+ Implement performance management processes, including progressive discipline as necessary.
+ Conduct thorough incident investigations, including scene management, first incident reporting, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive measures.
+ Manage the performance of employees through the progressive discipline process.
+ Maintain Environmental Health and Safety programs including training, meetings and required reporting of relevant EH&S issues.
+ Conducts incident investigations including scene management, first incident report and final analysis with root cause and preventative measures.
+ Ensure full compliance with company safety policies, Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations, and other applicable industry guidelines.
**What We Need From You as an Operations Supervisor:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred.
+ Possession of or willingness to obtain a valid DZ driver's license (or higher) and compliance with all DOT regulations.
+ Knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and MTO regulations.
+ Experience operating refuse collection equipment is an asset.
+ Strong data entry and analytical skills.
+ A SAFETY-FIRST mindset with a proactive approach to workplace safety.
+ Self-motivated with a strong ability to take initiative.
+ Must be able to pass all pre-employment requirements
