DATA SCIENCE MANAGER – BRAND ANALYTICS
REMOTE (CANADA-BASED)
C$105,000 – C$142,000 + BONUS + BENEFITS
Are you an experienced analytics professional with a passion for driving commercial success in life sciences? This global pharmaceutical business is expanding its brand analytics function, with two new roles supporting recently launched and high-impact therapies.
You'll partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand how products are performing in the real world – identifying insights and opportunities based on sales, claims, access, and field activity data.
THE ROLE
As a Brand Analytics Partner, you'll play a key role in shaping brand strategy through data-driven insight. Key responsibilities include:
- Building and applying statistical and machine learning models (e.g. regression, time series, clustering) to uncover brand performance drivers
- Digging into mountains of claims, sales, and access data to understand uptake, market dynamics, and opportunities for growth
- Partnering with commercial, sales, and marketing teams to support strategic decision-making
- Supporting cross-functional initiatives including pricing, access, and commercial effectiveness
- Managing ad hoc and ongoing reporting, automating dashboards and KPI metrics
- Contributing to select omnichannel analytics projects, in collaboration with internal media and digital teams
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
You will need:
- Strong analytical and statistical modelling skills (e.g. regression, predictive modelling, clustering, etc.)
- Proficiency in SQL and Python or R (SAS also considered)
- Hands-on experience working with messy real-world data (sales, claims, or field force data is ideal)
- Background in commercial, marketing, or healthcare analytics
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a STEM or quantitative discipline

We're seeking top-notch engineers to join our team. As part of our group, you'll collaborate with hardware and software engineers to design, develop, and optimize software for our chip, making AI inference accessible to everyone. You'll excel in identifying and resolving functional/performance bottlenecks in complex software and hardware designs.
We're hiring 3 Senior Deep Learning Engineers to join our Neural Networks team. Your primary focus will be optimizing neural networks to efficiently run on our hardware and building a model optimization pipeline. If you thrive on pushing the boundaries of AI technology, this role is for you!
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in both deep learning and software engineering
- Proficiency in deep learning frameworks like Tensorflow and/or PyTorch
- Experience with CNNs, LSTMs/RNNs, Transformers
- Strong math skills and Python proficiency
- Experience with C/C++
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in embedded or low-level programming
- Knowledge of CUDA/OpenGL
- Experience deploying neural networks in production
- Familiarity with model compression techniques like quantization, pruning, etc.
These are permanent full time remote positions.
