Working as part of a cross functional team, you deliver the RDQ activities required to complete Packaging Design and Packaging Deployment for Innovation/Growth projects and productivity projects across multiple geographies with an emphasis on delivering the desired consumer experience.

With the support and guidance of a manager, you will organize and execute projects in line with RDQ, marketing and manufacturing requirements, effectively communicating status and risks. You will plan and conduct activities to generate appropriate packaging information, using sampling and supplier management, and pilot plant and factory trials in accordance with good manufacturing practice and HACCP requirements. In this role, you will plan and conduct process development activities (e.g. packaging design and specifications, packaging scale up, commissioning etc.) and help with planning and the effective use of resources, including the use of external agencies. You will also create technical reports, which will require your skills in analysis and interpretation of results that will lead to conclusions and recommendations; create and maintain accurate packaging specifications; and create intellectual property to drive our competitive advantage.

**What you need to know about this position:**
+ Execute with excellence the development and commercialization of packaging initiatives from concept through commercialization. Developing timelines, risk assessment and contingency plans to ensure execution on projects with limited supervision.
+ Design, plan and conduct analytical testing, line trials and package performance testing for FDA and non-FDA regulated products.
+ Lead and/or support plant trials for packaging materials, working with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Procurement, Business Development, Production, Supply Chain and Quality). Properly plan, coordinate and report each trial, provide appropriate level of technical support and troubleshooting to execute trial objectives and ensure proper documentation of each activity.
+ Ensure all Packaging Quality expectations are delivered.
+ Leverage and challenge suppliers and partners to develop new technologies and cost advantage packaging formats and materials to achieve business goals.
+ Ability to generate, develop and execute packaging ideas by leveraging both existing equipment in the company and new equipment.
+ Troubleshoot issues that arise from package development, line trials and commercialization with limited supervision.
+ Understand the financial impact of packaging programs and the linkage of packaging to business strategies.

**Education / Certifications:**
+ Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
**Job specific requirements:**
+ 12 months experience in a packaging development role, including co-op and/or internship experience.
+ Experience working in a Research, Development and/or Quality function.    
+ Planning and project management abilities 
+ Experience in package development processes.    
+ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
+ Experience in development, trials, and commercialization of packaging initiatives.
**Desired:** Knowledge and/or experience with Lean Six Sigma tools and process control systems, intermediate statistics experience, including Design of Experiments and use of Minitab

Key Job Elements

  • Execute component/assembly level design tasks while keeping supervisor regularly informed on progress and issues encountered. Ensure all designs are peer reviewed by technical lead or assigned mentor.

In addition, may be required to perform low to medium complexity FEAs.
  • As requested, provide guidance and resolution to mechanical/technical/design issues related to the team including corrective actions required for improvement/resolution.

Required Qualifications:

  • University Degree or College Diploma in a related field
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience
  • Basic computer skills in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous experience in mechanical designs and principles of Engineering trade-offs

**Required Qualifications:**
+ High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
+ 2+ years of professional software development experience in building complex, highly scalable, performant, secure, reliable software systems and tools, ideally within a cloud-native environment

What you will be doing

  • Own and improve our big data pipelines in AWS Spark.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with technical support: Help troubleshoot and resolve support tickets related to PAM deployments, including system configurations, safe management, user lifecycle management and integration support.
  • Monitor system health: Support ongoing monitoring of logs, alerts, and incident dashboards; escalate issues to engineering or managed-services teams as needed.
  • Knowledge-based development: Collaborate in creating and maintaining internal documentation and customer-facing guides for onboarding, troubleshooting SOPs, and FAQ updates.
  • Participate in onboarding: Assist in sandbox environment setups for new clients and contribute to pilot deployments under senior guidance.
  • Shadow engineering activities: Observe and support deployment and integration tasks (e.g. CyberArk, BeyondTrust) and take part in internal training sessions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with Engineering, Managed Services, and Sales to relay client feedback, document recurring issues, and propose technical improvements.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • Exposure to Windows and Linux platforms and Network infrastructure including firewalls is plus.
  • Some exposure to IAM/PAM tools, security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), or scripting languages (bash, Python, PowerShell) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Authentication, Active Directory, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS).
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Team-oriented and eager to learn in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Prior experience in cybersecurity or in technical support/administrative support roles
