A Day in the Life of a Financial Services Manager:
- Make outbound calls to existing LendCare customers to upsell and cross-sell value-added financial products
- Present a suite of ancillary offerings — including extended warranties, protection plans, GAP insurance, and aftermarket accessories
- Conduct needs-based consultations, aligning product recommendations with customer priorities
- Clearly explain all product terms while ensuring ethical, compliant sales practices

What We're Looking for:
- Automotive industry experience (Finance Services Manager or Business Manager background highly preferred)

**Hourly Wage:**
+ **Red Seal Licensed Technician:** **$42.29**
+ **Apprentices:** Level 1 $8.34 / Level 2 21.8 / Level 3 24.87 / Level 4 26.5 / Level 5 29.43
**Responsibilities:**
+ Repairs all UPS vehicles.
+ Ensures all vehicles are maintained regularly and in a timely manner.
+ Performs preventative maintenance inspections
+ Repairs vehicles in accordance with UPS policies and procedures
**Qualifications:**
+ Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
+ Availability to work flexible shifts, up to 5 days per week
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and occasionally outdoors
+ Possession of essential hand tools
+ Red Seal license or apprentices acceptable

Responsibilities
As a Midas automotive technician, youll be exposed to and have responsibility for performing a wide range of diagnostics, repairs and maintenance, including:
- Diagnostics using state-of-the-art computer systems
- Tires and tire repair
- Car heating and air conditioning
- Steering and suspension
- Belts and hoses
- Radiator and engine cooling systems
- Batteries, starting and charging
- Steering and suspension
- Brake repair
- Oil services
- Check engine light
- Mufflers and exhaust services
- Visual safety and courtesy inspections
- Ability to repair vehicles independently, while also having experience working well in a team environment
- Knowledge in automotive brakes, exhaust, suspension, tires & engine diagnostics
- Track record of high personal productivity
- Knowledge of, and adherence to, safety and environmental standards for repair facilities
- Experience using shop equipment such as lifts, tire changing equipment, alignment machines and diagnostic tools
- Provincial Certificate of Qualification
- Valid drivers license
- Own tools/equipment (diagnostic scanner / tools preferred also)
- Able to service both import and domestic vehicles
