Successful Candidates Possess:
• Valid 310S Certificate or other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience

• Detail-oriented and demonstrate superior quality in all work produced.
• Exceptional awareness and compliance with company safety standards and procedures.
• Resourceful with a vision to grow within the company.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, clean environment.
• A valid Driver’s License is required.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced 310S Certified Service Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for automotive repair and maintenance, an eye for detail, and the desire to provide top-tier service to every customer. Key Responsibilities
Perform a variety of automotive repairs and maintenance on Toyota vehicles, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion.
Diagnose vehicle issues and provide accurate recommendations for repairs or replacements.
Ensure all service work is done in compliance with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized work environment.
Communicate clearly with the Service Advisors and customers regarding required services and vehicle status.
Keep up-to-date with new technology, repair techniques, and Toyota service updates.
Assist with customer vehicle concerns and answer technical questions when necessary.
Ensure all work orders and repair documentation are accurately completed in CDK.
What We’re Looking For
310S Certification required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in an automotive service technician role, preferably within a dealership setting.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair issues efficiently.
Excellent knowledge of automotive systems, including electrical, mechanical, and digital.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
A valid Ontario driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
