Qualifications:
- Registered 310S technician or 3rd/4th year apprentice

Key Responsibilities:
1. Vehicle Inspection and Diagnosis:
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic issues.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to pinpoint problems accurately.
2. Repair and Maintenance :
- Repair and replace damaged mechanical components, such as suspension systems, brakes, exhaust systems, occupant restraint systems, heating and cooling systems, etc.
3. Technical Expertise:
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in automotive technology, tools, and repair techniques.
- Interpret technical manuals and specifications to execute repairs effectively.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and develop innovative solutions to ensure vehicle safety and performance.
4. Team Collaboration :
- Collaborate with other technicians and staff members to streamline workflow and maximize efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to coordinate tasks and prioritize workload.
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment by sharing knowledge and assisting team members as needed.
Requirements
Education, Experience and Other Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Service Technician, with a strong background in automotive repair.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, equipment, and software systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification from a recognized automotive technical program or equivalent experience preferred.

What You’ll Do
Inspect, diagnose, service, and repair a wide range of vehicles (foreign & domestic)
Perform mechanical and electrical repairs
Recommend services based on visual inspections and diagnostics

Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What You Bring
Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician License (Skilled Trades Ontario registered)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a licensed technician
Valid G-Class Driver’s License and clean driving abstract
Comfortable with both manual and automatic transmissions
Strong technical knowledge and mechanical aptitude
Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
Own tools and CSA-approved safety boots required (uniform provided)
