Vos responsabilits
Prospection et pipeline:
- Rechercher activement des clients potentiels dans des secteurs cibles tablis
- Rdiger et envoyer des messages adapts aux cibles et segments, et effectuer les suivis appropris (courriel et LinkedIn)
- Appuyer la prise de rendez-vous et les suivis pour lquipe des ventes
- Participer la prparation de prsentations, de dmos et de documents pour les clients
Gestion des outils et donnes:
- Mettre jour et maintenir notre CRM (Pipeliner) avec rigueur
- Crer et maintenir des listes de prospects, leur statut dans le pipeline et leur attribution
- Nettoyer, croiser, filtrer et normaliser des donnes dans Google Sheets (modifications groupes)
- Suivre la performance des campagnes, contribuer de petits tests A/B et formuler des recommandations
- Nettoyer et intgrer au CRM des listes de prospects provenant de sources tierces
Activits marketing et amlioration continue:
- Coordonner notre participation des vnements de lindustrie
- Contribuer lamlioration de nos messages, documents marketing, site web et pages LinkedIn
- Collaborer sur des projets ponctuels ventes/marketing selon les besoins

About the Role

Your Responsibilities
Prospecting and Pipeline:
- Actively research potential clients within established target sectors
- Write and send tailored messages to targets and segments, and carry out appropriate follow-ups (email and LinkedIn)
- Support appointment scheduling and follow-ups for the sales team
- Assist in preparing presentations, demos, and documents for clients
Tools and Data Management:
- Update and maintain our CRM (Pipeliner) with accuracy
- Create and maintain prospect lists, their status in the pipeline, and their assignment
- Clean, merge, filter, and normalize data in Google Sheets (bulk edits)
- Track campaign performance, contribute to small A/B tests, and make recommendations
- Clean and integrate prospect lists from third-party sources into our CRM
Marketing Activities and Continuous Improvement:
- Coordinate our participation in industry events
- Contribute to improving our messaging, marketing materials, website, and LinkedIn pages
- Collaborate on ad-hoc sales/marketing projects as needed
- Contribute to developing, optimizing, and automating our processes, messaging, tools, and internal documents
Desired Profile
- Completed university degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent written and spoken English; good level of French
- Strong skills in marketing research and data processing
