Roadpost is hiring a strategic, hands-on Director of B2B Marketing to accelerate growth across priority verticals in North America (international to follow). You’ll report to the CMO, partner with the VP of Sales, and lead GTM for all brands . While you’ll touch the full portfolio, the lion’s share of this role focuses on building pipeline and brand momentum for ZOLEO .

In this role, you’ll not only leverage AI-powered workflows but also shape how Roadpost defines the future of AI-driven marketing - building the playbook for intelligent, data-led growth across industries like construction, energy, utilities, and public safety .
What you’ll do
Lead B2B Marketing Strategy
- Own the end-to-end B2B growth plan: positioning, ICPs/personas, segmentation, customer journeys, and value narratives by vertical and use case.
- Build and run integrated campaigns (ABM + demand gen + partner + field) that create a predictable pipeline and expand ARR.
- Define “what good looks like” for stories, design, and UX; set brand standards and raise the quality of all assets.
- Provide clear creative direction and feedback; ensure brand-consistent visuals and landing experiences that convert .
- Use AI to scale research, message testing, and asset variants , always with human review for brand safety.
- Instrument campaigns end-to-end; establish weekly operating rhythms for testing, learning, and optimizing.
- Drive experimentation (A/B and multivariate), improve conversion across the funnel, and reduce CAC while increasing LTV and velocity.
- Maintain dashboards tying account intent → activity → opportunity → revenue; enforce SLAs with Sales.
- Launch GTM plays for lone-worker safety, field connectivity, emergency/disaster response, and business continuity with compelling offers, proof (case studies, ROI), playbooks, and partner co-marketing.
- Equip Sales with AI-assisted playbooks , talk tracks, competitive intel, and vertical kits.
- Lead ZOLEO Connect integration partner marketing to drive co-marketing, co-selling, and partner-sourced pipeline.
- Set goals and KPIs (pipeline, win rate, LVR, CAC payback, deal velocity, partner-sourced revenue) and manage budget against outcomes.
- Build, mentor, and uplevel a high-performing team.
- Foster tight collaboration with Sales, Product, and Operations .
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have
- 8–12+ years in B2B growth/demand/ABM; proven record building pipeline with Sales in complex, mission-critical categories.
- Strong strategic–creative hybrid skillset: sharp design judgment and storytelling; ability to brief creatives, review work, and uphold a high bar.
- Deep performance mindset : testing frameworks, funnel analytics, attribution, and conversion rate optimization; comfortable owning dashboards and targets.
- AI-enabled operator: hands-on experience leveraging generative AI workflows (content ops, scoring/routing, analytics automation) with measurable lift; strong governance instincts.

- Implement and refine SEO strategies (technical SEO, content optimization, keyword optimization, link building) to improve rankings and attract relevant inbound traffic
- Build, test, and oversee paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), including audience targeting, ad copywriting, budget allocation, and ongoing optimization
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure marketing programs generate a quality pipeline and meet business targets
- Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Stay current on B2B marketing best practices, changes in digital advertising platforms, and HubSpot product updates.
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years experience in B2B digital marketing, with proven results in lead generation and campaign optimisation
- Advanced, practical expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub (campaigns, workflows, segmentation, analytics)
- Strong knowledge of SEO (technical and on-page), Google Analytics, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global team environment
- Proven experience collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams
Preferred
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) tactics
- Skills in conversion rate optimisation (CRO), A/B testing, and landing page optimisation
- B2B content strategy or writing experience
- Familiarity with additional marketing automation/CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo)
- Experience in the technology, SaaS, or services sector
